Working with her wasn't always easy because healing rarely is but it was absolutely worth it. I'm so grateful for the life and freedom I've found through our work together. Thank you Cory for seeing my potential even when I couldn't see it myself. If you're ready to face your past and level up your life I couldn't recommend her more.

This led to our credit card being charged, instead of insurance we were planning on putting on file at her appointment. Even though services were not rendered, we understand they have a cancellation policy, but we at least wanted to resolve the situation and hoped for flexibility to bill our insurance. Instead of being reasonable, responsive, and assisting us, the receptionist was difficult to get ahold of and rude on more than one occasion. When she finally got back to us she told my wife she could have just had a telehealth appointment, except the appointment was already over, so it would of been impossible to attend. Insurance has yet to be billed as of this review. We feel it is very unprofessional way to go about this, while we are already going through a difficult situation. This has left a bad taste in our mouth regarding The Montfort Group, which is unfortunate because we really liked the therapist.

The doctor was good however the staff was beyond bad. I had issues getting messages to my doctor and every time I did the message the doctor got was so different than what I said. I was a patient for 2 years so it's not like I got one bad experience the whole phone staff was so bad at sending messages it actually got me let go from the office. Literally all I asked for was to reschedule an appointment and what the doctor got was that I wanted to change doctors to get more sleeping pills like how are these even remotely similar. Worst of all I was lied to and told I could explain I didn't want to see a new doctor all I wanted was to reschedule due to a conflict in timing. I was told I'd get a chance to speak with the doctor or his medical assistant to explain this. Additionally, they lied and said the made up reason they came up with for letting me go would not be in my chart but it was and other psychiatrists I would go see to replace Crumpacker told me the reason stated in the medical records which makes me look like a drug seeking patient which is what I guess they want. The staff that answers the phones seriously need to be changed. They also changed their policy so that those who are anxious and have sleeping issues (which is a big portion of people) literally cannot get proper care or necessary medications. Same with people who are disabled, they are unable to get help with anxiety. What's worse this office and its doctors are happy to break the law. Laws that are meant to protect the patient. The law is if a doctor lets go of a patient they must send a letter and on the day the letter is received they either must 1) Find a replacement doctor to cover the health needs of the patient and have care continuity or 2) as of the date of receiving the letter the doctor must provide 30 days of medication and continue to in that time provide care. My appointment weeks before the letter was cancelled, also the medications that again were weeks before the letter cancelled. They literally cancelled my appointment not letting me know and they called the pharmacy to cancel my medications because I don't know they hate people?

I can finally sleep at night organically and free from the assistance of harmful chemicals with too many side effects to list. I'm no longer feel weathered and lost in my exhaustion. I don't think yelp had a ten star option. This is a long review. Short version, go, he's amazing as…read morea doctor. We first visited her on a friends recommendation after my wife became seriously ill. She woke up paralyzed.. An otherwise healthy 35 year old woman, great diet, regular excessive, woke up in severe pain. Unable to walk. Now, this want my first stop. I am a nurse and though yes we use essential oils and other homeopathic remedies, this was an emergency. We went straight to the ER. They found out she had... Nothing. They found absolutely nothing. We did every scan in the world, CT, MRI, x-rays, etc etc, blood works for days, EMG, etc, etc. Then suddenly, she could walk. Still not right though something was clearly wrong, she needs a walker. We were discharged, no diagnosis. Just follow up appointments. Neurology, endocrinology, pain management, primary doctor, spinal care team, etc etc. All with the exact same response, nothing. There is nothing we can find that is causing this. After a second episode. A longer battle that time, same response, nothing. The doctors all pretty much said, she'll have to deal with this over and over. We were recommended to see Dr. Duncan by a friend. She had a mystery issue that doctors couldn't figure out, hair loss, vomiting, rash around the joints. He fixed her right up. Allergy to meat. That's nuts. But she got better fast after she stopped eating it. Now I am ever a skeptic. What made me even consider him, he's a Dr in homeopathy, which can mean a lot of different things, some people get it at a fly by night school. But his school is reputable....And he's a Medical Doctor also. He did blood work assessments that I have never heard of, bio scans I've never seen and spent 3 hours with my wife. We only told him about this incident. He came back and gave us super specific info. He's asked did something happen with the Epidural of your son? Now we have a bit and a girl, that's a little specific. Why? Well I believe that something traumatic happened when they inserted the first Epidural with your son. We'll come to think of it, they did have to take one out and replace it, 8 years ago, because when they put in the first one she became... Paralyzed. No crap. We never thought of that. How did he know. So he explained in depth how he could tell. Gave my wife supplements I have never heard of, by the end of the week, yes just one week, she felt wayyyyy better. Less headache, less pain medicine, better ability to walk. Even the regular doctors were amazed at her speedy recovery. Now it's still an ongoing process, this is not a once and your done kind of place. But the difference had been amazing. Definitely a recommendation. Go here, he's amazing. Only downer, the front office is kind of plain. However, I am not going to a spa, I am going to help my wife get better, and stay better. And your insurance probably doesn't cover the medicine. He's awesome, so don't wait, go. Get better.

I elected to stop seeing her after running into some family issues and the passing of my brother in early 2019. I started seeing a new doctor (a real doctor, not a PA), I needed my medical records sent over before my appointment. I called to get the forms and they neglected to tell me that they charge $25 for a copy of my records. I sent the email with the completed forms on Friday. The office assistant emailed me Monday to advise that I needed to correct the a fax number and check of "written" on the form. I sent it right back to her filled out properly. I get an email 30 minutes ago from her asking whether or not I just needed my medication records sent over or do I need the progress notes and psych testing as well and if I need anything additional to check it off on the form. Then she tells me, after knowing that I needed this submitted by the 29th to the new clinic, that there is a $25 medical records fee. I'm guessing the new clinic didn't actually need them as there wasn't any mention of it at my appointment. Based on how difficult it was being a patient 2 yrs ago, I really shouldn't be surprised that I've run into 2 issues already just for a simple transfer of documents to another office.
