The woman in the front at the check in are EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNINVITING don't even hold their heads up when talking to you. each word is a slight eye roll. They also finish their conversations before speaking to you. Would go back and I only went for Birth Control removal read more

This was my first time visiting a PP facility, and I came for an IUD insertion. After watching the Inauguration, I decided I couldn't wait for my gyno's schedule to coincide with my period(which is her preference as a clinician, that you be on it during insertion). So I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for PP in Orland Park online. The women at the front desk were really nice. I handed over my ID and insurance card, filled out some paperwork and electronically signed some consents as well. About 15 minutes later, they had me come back to take a pregnancy urine test. The bathroom was immaculate. I judge everything on bathrooms, from dollar stores to restaurants. If the bathroom is not spotless, I am out of there. About 5-10 minutes after that, the nurse brought me back to take my vitals and medical history. Very kind and warm person, I asked her a lot of questions and she took her time to address each one and make sure I understood. 10 minutes later, I am having the insertion done by a very bubbly and chatty NP. Thank goodness for her! She had a great bedside manner and our chats kept me distracted from focusing on the discomfort. She handed me written aftercare instructions as well as verbally relayed them to me, answered the couple of questions I had and I was done! Really nice facility - Very clean, not at all run down, warm staff that care about your health as much as you do- I'd return any time. read more

This place is horrible. The staff is ignorant, and take hours when you have scheduled appointments. They double book everyone and only have 1 doctor so your forced to sit and wait. My wife was told her appointment would be less than an hr and sat in the parking lot with 3 infants on a 90° day for over 2 hrs past her scheduled time Before they even put her in a room. Then she waited for another hour sitting naked while they told her they'll be right there. Meanwhile it was her and another male patient there and that was all. Very unprofessional. Very unwelcoming. And highly recommend you find somewhere that will show some consideration or professionalism. The people here should be ashamed this place is still open and the owners should have an entire staff refresh. read more

first moment I walked in I was given attitude. the 2 lady's working at the front desk were so rude and belittled me so much. coming to a place like this for certain situations I feel like you should feel comfortable but nope. i just felt judged and looked down on. attitude was on 10 the entire time. never again will I come to this location I recommend you don't either. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 1:30. It took almost two hours if sitting in waiting room to be seen by a physician. My appointment was a follow up appointment that lasted 10 minutes. Their was not even enough seats in the waiting room to have all the patients waiting sit. March 10, 2021 and 13 patients waiting in small waiting area. Not enough social distancing and poor scheduling and communication with the front and physician staff. read more

My experience at the Planned Parenthood Orland Park Clinic was exceptional. All of the medical staff were friendly and professional. They provided information to recieve a 50% discount on services and apply for Medicare. My entire visit from check-in to payment took 30 min with only ~5 min wait to be seen by the doctor. The clinic itself is super clean. The staff is awful though. They're super rude and don't care at all. When going to Planned Parenthood you're going there for a reason. Maybe money reasons or no insurance. My first visit the girl at the desk was so rude to me and gave me so much attitude. From beginning to end, Planned Parenthood was fantastic. Setting up an appointment was easy and I even received a call two days before reminding me just in case I needed to reschedule. Everyone working there was very kind. Since I won't have insurance for a few more months, I worried I'd have to pay through the nose for basic care and that was not the case. I believe they can even work out payment plans. They truly deserve all 5 stars. read more

I've been coming here for about a year. The girls who work there are very nice and discrete. It was easy to get an appointment. When I started coming here I didn't have health insurance and birth control cost me $30 a month. I don't remember what the initial exam cost was but it reasonable. read more

Wait was a bit longer than I had expected. Made an appointment and it took an hour to get back to the room just to see the physician for a couple of minutes, then I had to wait just as long in the room. The MA and physician were both friendly, not rushed and very professional. They made me feel super comfortable. Also, the front desk staff was so nice and inviting! The staff is very helpful and friendly. You can get an appt. pretty quickly, and the wait time at the office is very good. They are very efficient overall. They make it very comfortable to discuss any issue you may be having, and answer any question you have efficiently. Plus they are conveniently located right in the town in which I live. read more

Awesome location with amazing knowledgeable staff. While waiting the other day another patient decided to call corporate stating that she doesn't know what the staff here does, while still in the waiting room. Yes I expect to wait past my scheduled appointment sometimes and am aware that there is only one or two fnp's taking patients so if 2 people go in back you won't be seen until they come out. Was so astounded at this "teenagers" rudeness that I got up and made a donation to the hard working staff. Have been coming here for nearly 10 years now and will continue to do so. read more
