He was right and we spoke a little bit. He made me an amazing smoothie while also giving me a recipe so I can actually drink my beets. My drink was great, the experience was great and the recipe we gave me to mask the very flavor actually worked. I highly recommend stopping by to get you a healthy snack.

It was my first time so I wasn't sure what to order. After a solid recommendation, I chose a small green smoothie and added ginger. It was delicious. There are other offerings on the menu that I would like to try as well. They have açaí bowls, sandwiches and salads. Such a nice space with a great vibe. I can also choose whether I want a nutritional or a fruit smoothie. Also, the service is always great. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to add-ons. For example, if I'm tired and need a little energy, they can explain to me which add-on I need to give me a boost. I like that because I don't always know which is best suited for me at that time. Plus, it's like they want to help, too. The last time I was there, I sat for a while relaxing because it's a pretty quiet place. Actually, that day I sat and talked to the staff about healthy options and they gave me some great pointers. So, in my opinion, the staff really makes this place.

Honestly, this was such a disappointing experience. The short-haired woman working there completely…read moremessed up my order, and what makes it worse is that she wasn't even directly rude to me. It was more of that "I'll smile in your face while completely ignoring what you asked for" type of customer service. I didn't realize how badly my order had been messed up until I actually got it and saw what I was given. Missing items, wrong items, things I specifically asked for not being included... like how does an order get THIS wrong? And that's what really irritated me -- because if you're going to make a mistake, at least own it and fix it. Instead, I'm left finding out afterward that apparently nobody was paying attention when my order was being made. The food honestly wasn't worth the money or the frustration. Definitely won't be returning. There are too many other places that can make a bowl correctly without turning the experience into a scavenger hunt to figure out what happened to your order. All this happed yesterday mind you

I noticed Açaí Bowl in McDonough while shopping in the plaza next to Publix and figured I'd give it…read morea try. My wife and her family are Brazilian and absolutely love açaí, and this spot is much closer to our house than where we usually go. The prices were also cheaper, so I thought it was worth a shot. Unfortunately, after buying five bowls, it became very clear why the prices are lower. Everyone agreed the açaí tasted watered down and lacking flavor. If you're used to real, rich, authentic açaí, this just doesn't hit the mark. For a place literally called Açaí Bowl, the most important thing--the açaí itself--was a letdown. We won't be coming back, but I will say that it has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Maybe the other items are good but I personally wouldn't waste my money to find out. The inside appearance and staff are the only reason why I gave three stars otherwise it would've been less.

Where a snotty Spanish-speaking young woman, who had been very chatty about how she grew up swimming through sewage water in her country (yes, while we were ordering) pulled the hair off of the napkin, held the hair up to the light, and literally said "This looks like your hair". Seriously? I should not have had to, yet I explained to her I had just mixed it from the frozen bottom and had taken all of three bites and this was hair #2, who knows how many more were in there. She snidely said " So you want me to make you another one?" I replied "NOT if its gonna be an argument. You can just refund my colleague who paid for it." She simply stared at me, went through the door and another young woman came out to give me a new one and apologized. 100% will not be returning nor would I recommend!
