The bananas are literally always old. I've come here multiple times just to see if it's the staff or if I just came on a bad day. EVERY SINGLE TIME I place an online order I get there at the time I scheduled and it's NEVER ready. It's so ridiculous. And then the staff lies and says that the order just came in. When you walk in they act like they don't see you and the drinks overall are mediocre. It's so ridiculous how you don't have your system correct and seem understaffed every time. read more

Not my favorite smoothie. Got the PB and coffee smoothie and tasted watered down with minimal peanut butter. No staff in the front of the store is always a red flag. I felt like I was an inconvenience when she finally came out. Not my favorite experience. read more

Planet Smoothie is definitely better than Tropical Smoothie Cafe in terms of taste and texture. While they both have their own unique flavors, planet Smoothie has the PB Power shake that beats Tropical smoothies ice smoothies. The power shake tastes milkier, whereas the comparable shake at TSC tastes like they blended a bag of ice with some flavoring. I asked for some strawberries to be added to my shake and they put in just the perfect amount. Also, they have better size options here as opposed to TSC. Having been conditioned to order McDonalds sizes since I was a youngling (Sm, Med LG), I'm used to their sizing methods. read more

Great location! I recently moved to this area and discovered I was lucky enough to have a Planet Smoothie about 4 minutes from my house. Super awesome. Clean, well maintained location with awesome employees! The employee that was working on my first visit was extremely helpful. She was patient on answering all my questions regarding certain smoothies and their ingredients. I had one of the new almond butter smoothies. Very good. Lazy Employees are abundant here. Arrived about 6 minutes before closing with my girlfriend and as we pulled up we saw the entire store was aleady closed. The sign light was off, the indoor lights were off, and all of the dining area looked cleaned. The moron employee girl must've saw us pull up because she immediately went over to the entrancd door and locked it. I don't know what's with all these laaaaazy lazy employees but you don't get to just close the store early because you're incompetant and tired. You work up until the second the store closes. Consistently good smoothies. I love getting the strawberry colada with frozen yogurt instead of nonfat milk. The shaved coconut is so yummy. The employees are friendly, though there's always only one of them, this place is always empty when we come so we've never had to wait in line. Orders take awhile for them to make but since smoothies are freshly made and custom, it's to be expected. I wish the smoothies were a little cheaper because it's pretty crazy expensive, but it's worth doing once every few weeks when you're craving a sweet treat. read more

I visited today for the first time since stay-at-home orders were implemented. What a delight! The place is squeaky clean and the service was great. I tried the pineapple tropi-kale and it was delicious! Almond milk, leafy greens, passion fruit, and pineapple. I wanted to add protein without altering the flavor much. I was grateful for the young guy who explained the difference between the whey and the pea protein. I opted for the pea protein and it was perfect. It didn't impact the flavor and I felt full longer. The only thing that threw me off a bit is that the young guy pulled off his mask down to his chin (exposing his mouth and nose) when he began to prepare my smoothie. He was chatting with me while assembling my smoothie. I wish he would have kept his mask on the entire time. There was also a lady working behind the counter and she was not wearing a mask at all. It contradicts the sign at the door that instructs patrons to wear masks to come into the store. I LOVE planet smoothie and plan to visit frequently. I just hope next time employees wear their masks properly because I was uncomfortable. read more

We just visited this location and did not have a good experience. The smoothie bowl we ordered was chunky with ice and literally chunks of fruit. Not a smoothie bowl at all. Also, I ordered a ginger shot and it also had chunks of ice. Almost choked. read more

Came to this location on Tuesday during my lunch break. The line moved quickly, and I was pleased to see both employees wearing their face masks properly (seems like that is a rarity these days). I asked one of the employees (I didnt catch her name), for a recommendation and she told me that her favorite is the Strawberry Colada. It did not disappoint!!! Definitely would recommend if you like coconuty, sweet smoothies. The person that took my order was a sweetheart and I will definitely be back! Note: Pay attention to the sizes. Ryan was working the counter and was friendly and helped us with some fan favorites suggestions. My mom got the "strawberry colada"and mine was "the Amazon something or other". Ryan even let us sample it...who says no to a taste test?!? I was normally a fan of another smoothie spot whose name I will not mention, but will now seek out a Planet Smoothie when I get back home. I can't rate the smoothies - they look good. I was excited to try this place, as we don't have this chain in Utah. I showed up at 8:50 on Sunday, Nov. 15th. The open sign was still on. I was hustling, knowing that they close at 9:00. I planned on leaving a tip because I did feel guilty coming in near closing time.
