Absolutely shocking service from the French man over the phone!
I ordered on EatNow. They said the approximate time would be just over an hour later. Which to begin with is way too long to wait for food when they are located 2 suburbs away. Over an hour later I rang the restaurant to ask where my order was, the very rude French man (apparently called Eddie) said it would be with me in 1 or 2 minutes. I waited, rang back a while later and he said that the driver was on his way stuck in traffic and never apologised for the wait. When my order came, over an hour and a half later, the driver said that he wasn't stuck in traffic. I was missing one of my items that I paid for. I rang back, spoke to the same rude man and also informed him that my pizza was luke warm. He told me that it couldn't be because it had just came out of their oven and straight to me. He just contradicted himself in two conversations! Instead of apologising for the wait, the missing item and the luke warm food he told me he was going to black list me!
Luckily, a very nice person from EatNow called me to discuss the matter and offered a refund of the missing item and compensation for the luke warm pizza.
I am horrified by what this French man had to say to me and the way he handled the situation. So much could have been resolved by apologising for the wait and being up front and honest with me.
It is such a shame to leave a bad review. It is not something to do normally. However the service and unfortunelty the horrible food has forced me to this. read more
