Planet Fitness is my go to gym home, as I love how there are so many different locations throughout the Savannah area. I'm generally a member of the Georgetown location, but prior to that I did frequent the Rincon location and it is definitely one of the best in my eyes. It is not a very large location, but there's always ample parking available. This gives me great ease of being able to get get in and get out quickly. The employees are always pretty friendly. It's always kept pretty clean and I'm always able to get onto my desired equipment pretty easily without having to wait for other members. It's never really congested and there's always a nice flow of members. I do miss the 30 minute room, as most locations have did away with this feature. But I do understand that overtime they do have to change with what customers are looking for. read more

I'd like to gift the gym more stars. It is very clean. There have been a few rude people at the front desk but also some very nice ones. My wife and I are senior citizens and we go there only to use two pieces of exercise equipment. I don't know the name of it but it's the one where you sit down and pump your legs in and also it moves your arms. They had two of them and there was usually a line for them. Senior citizens love to use them. They've got rid of those two pieces of equipment replaced it with one new one way in the back. I'm upset about this because my wife has to wait while I use it and I have to wait for shoes is it. But they needed to do was to get more of these knotless. But I suppose the time is silver sneakers member they really don't care. At any rate, I'm going to check out the other gyms. I don't like what's happening there. And one more thing, which I'm not sure about. I couldn't find Fox News on the TV stations. They have all the radical left ones but not Fox. Did I just overlook it? Or is planet fitness woke? It's a gym.... I've been coming here since they originally opened, and the staff changes but the attitude is always the same. Always rude. They don't even look up at you when you're signing in or trying to talk to them. There is nothing special about this gym except the pricing... but I guess you pay to have rude staff. Nice planet fitness but the hot water in the showers was not hot hopefully a follow up review will be made if this is corrected

first off big pf fan. black card member for years. been to a couple dozen across the usa. very subpar for a pf. old equipment. had to get on 3rd treadmill first two broke and no sign. people clank the weights and yell and lunk alarm doesnt go off. not the cleaniest either. if you have no other choice for pf near you itll have to do i guess. read more

4/5 only because everything is fantastic except for one rude associate at the desk. Looks packed at all times but never feels it due to the amount if equipment and space. Place is always clean. There's a few paper towel dispensers that don't work but overall good bang for your buck. Other gyms are wanting 3-4x the price a month in this area. read more

This place is becoming my favorite pass time.. I love this location. It's so many options for working out. All the staff that I've encountered have been pleasant, professional and the place is very well maintained and CLEAN! Cant ask for much better than that.! read more

Fantastic club for the cost. Some of their TV's are broken and some of the channels don't work on them but outside of that you can't beat the value. read more

I love the staff here so much. You guys help make the experience so much better. Yes, they do have employees cleaning down machines and *most* of the guests adhere to their due diligence in wiping machines after use. The only thing I wish to change is the hours on the weekends, at least on friday and saturdays. read more

So I jumped on the Planet Fitness train! I was a little skeptical at first, due to their low monthly fees, I felt like maybe their equipment would be cheap. Not so!! They have so much stuff! There are tons of stair masters, treadmills, weight machines, and they have a 30 minute circuit training room. They also have several tanning bed's, total body therapy, massage chairs, and Hydro massage chairs, but you have to be a black card member to use those. OK, I got the black card it is roughly $23 a month, well worth it!!! Today was my first visit and I have to say I am very pleased. read more

Horrible customer service! Not welcoming at all! Went to the front counter & waited a while! No welcome or sorry for your wait just a blank stare from the larger guy up & the manager was just as rude but a little chipper. Definitely not a good atmosphere but the gym is affordable. read more

I walked into PF to rejoin today since COVID. Assistant Manager Jay was standing at the desk in front of the computer. He was rude and arrogant. He only stated in his condescending tone to join online and walked off. When I was leaving Jay was standing behind the desk on his cell phone. I stopped and asked if I could speak to him. I proceeded to tell him that he was very short with me and his tone of voice and delivery was rude. He responded with it's not all about me. Apparently Jay doesn't realize without customers PF wouldn't exist. Is this the type of Assistant Manager PF wants representing their business? What happened to the customer friendly service they use to provide? read more

Great new place and a great price but the computers and WiFi seem to go down a lot for a brand new facility. Some of us don't have unlimited data and rely on WiFi to help us through our workouts. I think this is the second time WiFi and the computers have gone down. First time WiFi was down for what felt like weeks but may have been more like several days. Not sure how long this time it will be down. I expect more of a newer facility. read more
