I am currently changing my review because I can no longer stand by the one , After I read the individual fraudulent email I was livid and called to speak to the General Manager. I believe his name is Mathew. He was actually in a meeting when I called. Because of my experience, I really did not expect a call back or a resolution.To my surprise, The General Manager called me back very promptly, professionally and with great sincerity! He definitely changed my opinion and review. The one individual that ruined my experience and opinion of that particular gym no longer exists. She is just a problem that I do have confidence will be both addressed and delt with, with greater standards and greater professionalism than I was treated. read more

The lack of communication among staff at this Planet Fitness is ridiculous. I was given three different answers by three staff members and non of them gave clarity to the billing questions I asked. There were no staff members above the age of 16 on the premise, and they refused to give me the manager's last name. His first name is Eric and he has yet to return my many phone calls. Their only idea was to come in on a Monday morning to discuss the problem which is ridiculous and not reasonable with a full time job. I loved this place until I asked to freeze my account for a few months due to being in severe pain and getting surgery late March-early April. Official date is not set yet. The guy said yes and asked me if I was okay.( Btw, fake compassion!) He asked me if I had a Doctor's excuse. Said he can't freeze it until I have a note from the Dr. WTF is that all about? Now why would I think of getting a note from my surgeon for a place I joined, I'm not being forced to go. This isn't school or work. Well, long story short I said to him "well I don't need a note to quit!" I'll join another gym when I'm able to walk again. read more

This Planet Fitness Location is a disgrace. They refuse to cancel memberships over the phone or online and try to force you to come into the location to do so, even if you have moved (far away in my case). The managers and local ownership have been STEALING money directly from my bank account for over a year, until I was able to reach the right manager at ABC finical that would not let them get away with it. This is my local Planet Fitness and it used to be nice and clean. The showers are filthy and have been for the last few months! I tell the employees every time about the dirty shower area but it never gets cleaned! The hours are ridiculous ever since Covid this was a 24 hour location and that was great but not anymore. I get during Covid to cut hours but there is no excuse anymore extend the hours and clean this place. read more

I was just enjoying my simple workout and they said I had to leave for NO reason! I didnt yell or set off the link alarm I was just trying out the new machine's. I asked if I could just finish my workout with a simple run and they said no and threw me out!! I then walked to my car and they came to my car and cursed me out!!! They were threatening to call the police on me! Please do yourself a favor and dont come here. read more

They really need to get their computer system fixed. Every time I go to use the massage chairs they say "go ahead" but the chair never starts. Then I have to come back out to the front desk and then they give me coins. Speaking of the front desk, the last time I was there I waited 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so I can get the coins to put into the massage chair. Was there only 1 person working the entire place? Ridiculous! Then when the guy appeared he never apologized for the wait and gave me one coin to use which results in 2 minutes... read more
