Since I visited during the morning hours, they were serving hot and cold breakfast items, along with fruit, muffins, coffee, juice, and water, and the bar opened at 8am. Service was great -- staff cleared plates as soon as you finished so you could go back and serve yourself more without any hassle. I had scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and some cottage cheese with fruit, and everything was tasty. The coffee machines made all kinds of drinks, from espresso to americanos, lattes, and cappuccinos, plus drip-style coffee too -- I enjoyed a couple of lattes myself. The bartenders were nice and efficient as well. From reading other reviews, it sounds like timing is everything here, but I got lucky and didn't run into any issues finding a seat during my visit. I'd definitely stop in again if the timing and location work out!

During that time, multiple white customers walked in and were helped immediately, with staff greeting them, taking their orders right away, and even offering them water. We didn't get the same treatment. No greeting, no urgency, no offer of water--nothing. The difference in how we were treated compared to the white patrons was obvious and uncomfortable. The hostess working today was warm and attentive with them, but noticeably dismissive with us. For a place that isn't cheap, this kind of inconsistent and biased service is unacceptable. It reflects the worst of what people complain about in Florida hospitality. We won't be returning.

Went straight to the airport from work I just want to be at my gate but its fine waiting as there's a waiting area nearby. For an airport this big, it doesn't overwhelm you like many large airports. It was easy to navigate, easy to give baggage claim and easy to meet my brother in law who was picking us up. The baggage claim area was spacious and not overly crowded, the concourse was wide and the signage was clear. Great arrival experience.

Coming back it was easy as well, going through security was smooth.
