I am happy to share this review of great servicing received from Guy Matsumoto's State Farm Office…read more Our family had recently moved back to Oahu after living on the mainland and needed auto insurance. My Mom and brother had selected Guy's office for their insurance for many years so we knew of their trustworthy reputation. I have to say, after utilizing their services for several years now, we have been very satisfied in selecting them. We found their office to be consistently reachable and personable to us. Their office was also very responsive to any of our inquiries or questions. We often found them to also be solution-based, organized, knowledgeable and timely. I was most impressed with the support they provided my Mom when she was hit by another driver. This accident was definitely most unfortunate. The driver was faulty with her driving actions yet blamed my Mom for the accident. Guy's office was patient and took the time to explain procedures and options needed for Mom to fully understand her case. In the end, Mom won her case. I really appreciate the care and support they gave to my Mom, a senior/Kupuna. I truly felt their professionalism and care. Go team! Mahalo nui loa!

I was referred to Aloha Lending Services from a business friend to open a Home Equity Line of…read moreCredit (HELOC). She was very good at communicating information and my status. There was so much delays due to the amount of people trying to refi and buy homes in this house frenzy Hawaii is having. I was very upset at a point in time but it was from the other end of our HELOC transaction. Lauren was very good at making feel at ease. I was going to not continue due to the delay but like the saying goes, high risk high reward. What I was originally going to do was do a refinance on my condo but what happened was that I could get a lower rate and pay less fees at closing if I went with the HELOC route. I would also get to pay off my mortgage balance and SAVE a ton of money on interest! Living on this island you gotta be smart with your finances so I stayed the course and Lauren is still helpful with questions. Due to pandemic, in person visits were by appointment. Things may have changed but give her a call at Aloha Lending Services if you need her expertise.

I am absolutely clueless when it comes to auto insurance jargon and the staff worked collectively as a unit to explain everything and answer all my questions about no fault and full coverage. They were extremely patient with me and my lack of understanding. I love how the entire office felt like a family and didn't hesitate helping each other to help us accomplish our goals! They were able to help us find the most discounts possible and get us the best possible rate. Working in customer service I left this office feeling a bit envious that my own office environment isn't this inviting or family orientated. It was truly an amazing feeling. They even gave my daughter a coloring book and crayons to occupy her self while we were here. That was truly amazing!! Allstate has a loyal customer in me and I will continue singing their praises to anyone who inquires about auto insurance
