Hey it's me, the one who was accused of "training"'clients in his facility. I didn't care to write a review because there's more important things in life than dealing with this. But since you want to spend all your time arguing with people online assuming that they're leaving bad reviews because of me getting kick out, you're wrong. From the beginning they never liked your facility because of you the owner and your attitude specifically. Told them as long as they don't have to deal with you, (which person-ability and customer service presence is crucial in this line of work) it's a great place to get work done. Understand that these people and my self wouldn't be furious if what you're saying is actually true. When your "perception" has always been wrong. Your assumption through your insecurities costed me a lifestyle that I now have to manipulate with out any proof or confirmation of what I was doing. I've brought over 10+ members and day passes to your gym because I loved the space. But some reason, your insecurities get the best of you. Yes I've been talked to (not directly) but through your staff, and from DAY ONE, I approached Matt and let him know that I was NOT training and if there was ever an issue, you the owner can address it directly. After other misunderstood incidents, you continued to have your front desk staff address the issue. Then we finally spoke and I have been very respectful and honest with you and kept my distance from speaking to my friends. Then after one whole month of not going to PSW, I say hi to a friend who I haven't seen in 4-5 weeks (because I was on parental leave), you came up to with an aggressive attitude and short rude remark about canceling my membership. I believe in honesty, integrity, and ownership, if I was TRULY training clients, even after knowing I wasn't suppose to, I would accept my fate and move along. The problem is here is I was not at all and your "perception" hurt your feelings and kicked me out of a place where I come to mind my business, work hard, seek a positive community, something of which I care so much for and put my everything to, was all vanished because of what YOU "perceived" but not proved.
I respect your staff, I respect your facility. I always have. I even kinda respected you in the beginning even after all the negative things everyone told me about you even before I joined your gym. Put it aside and did my job for the entire year I was there, but some reason, you just had an issue with me.
Hope this clarifies the situation here because your defensive remarks are comical. This isn't to bash your business or gym. As a matter a fact, you have a beautiful gym and great members inside with great state of the art equipment. I feel bad for people who can't enjoy the great facility you have because of what you think is good business ownership. Too bad the master mind behind the plan doesn't actually value the fitness community for what is. A community where people learn from each other, help eachother, suppose each other, even when people are paying eachother for services. This place should be a place where people can learn from eachother, not limited to the only two trainers you have. These people I've given advice to are NOT paying customers and like I mentioned before, I couldve proved that to you if you'd like. When my friend tried to explain how I was NOT coaching her nor she's paying me, you dismissed her rudely.
Again, this is not a bash on your business , I love the location, the equipment, the members, and staff especially D, Troy, Torrey, and Tom. All have been extremely helpful and respectful.
This is an owner issue, not a small business issue.
Hope this clarifies.
Than you for the service you've provided the short time I was there, I wouldn't ever stop anyone else from coming to your gym.
But you definitely don't have my support for Mike personally .

We can go back and forth all day as I'm learning right now. In relation to "perception" you walking and talking aggressively towards me is my perception and I
Was simply matching your energy. My apologies if I'm not soft spoken enough for you. You're right, you approached me the first time and we both agreed what it looked like when I watched her video and gave her advice, so I respected your request and moved along. The final time was not what it was which is what I'm explaining.
But again, I'm done after this. I don't really care that much. Like I said, I don't have an issue with your gym, I have an issue with you.
Also, thanks for calling my employer, and try to get me fired. I did nothing wrong and we all learned that today. But again, I have moved on. I can't control what everyone else says to what reviews they leave. I left the situation alone and have nothing to do with the other reviews you are receiving. I wish PSW staff and members the best, but I don't want to have to deal with you anymore. read more
