As you drive down to Narbonne, you can feel it - the Soleil, the fresh breeze from the water…read more.. The road is lazy and just goes around the hills, slowly getting you to your destination - just like life there, no rush, no city craziness.
I stopped on the top of the hill to catch the view of the waters and Narbonne... It was calling me, and I kept going.
Pristine clean beach, white sand and freezing water (brrr) welcomed me soon enough - this beach is absolutely beautiful.
Parking is pretty easy - found a spot on street, and walked to the beach with no shoes on.
PS. Tanned tall handsome guys in speedos lounging on the beach were a plus, too
PPS. With summer in full swing in NYC, I still miss all that.
