I found it very easy to make an appointment online with Lindsey and was taken promptly at my appointment time. Lindsey took the time to ask what I wanted and to ensure we were on the same page. She was quick and confident but paid close attention to what she was doing while still engaging in friendly conversation. The total came to $20 after only about 20 minutes and I think that price is a steal for the haircut, straight razor, hot towel and product she used in my hair. First mistake- not reading the reviews before coming, specifically about Mike- older guy that is to…read morethe right when you walk in. Second mistake- not walking out when I received an eye roll while explaining that my 9 year old son was growing his hair out, that he just needed a trim and to clean up the sides and back while it was growing- that even getting him to agree to a trim was huge. Third- keeping my mouth shut after I saw he was cutting 2+ inches off, not making this a trim at all, but instead a haircut that Mike felt like giving. Literally not caring that my son specifically said he didn't want much taken off. Not only was the haircut not what my son asked for, but it was basically a terrible, glorified version of a bowl cut. It is straight across the forehead as well as his ears. My son sat there and kept it together while in the chair, clearly unhappy to see his how much hair was cut off then lost it when we left. Yes, his hair will grow back, but no we will never return. My husband trimmed up the sides the best he could and we will find someone to fix the front, but I highly discourage anyone from going there and seeing Mike. The other guy working seemed nice, fist bumped my son and gave him a sucker, he could clearly see my son was upset. He had people waiting for him, so maybe we should have waited and just went to him instead.
