We were going to be moving into our "forever home", this was not my first home purchase, it was however for my wife. I have to say during the process which can be super stressful and exciting, Amber actually made it easier to sleep at night because she kept us up to date on what to do and what to be careful of to make an educated decision in our purchase. She actually took time asking us what we were looking for, NOT TELLING US, but actually found and showed us the home we did purchase. My wife and I did see online the home we purchased and were going to pass on it just because of photos taken by the listing agent. She did her homework and when we did one of the days we went out to look at homes she included it on the list. She has been a wealth of information throughout the process. I also appreciated Sally's approach advocating for me as a buyer. She's worked in challenging, hot markets for many years. She brings all of that expertise with her on my behalf. I have no hesitation recommending Sally. She went the extra mile for me throughout my journey!

We told her we wanted to get the house into A-1 condition for the next owners, and she went to work immediately helping us get the job done. After a short time, we arranged for the movers, and Sally worked with her stager to ready the home and property for sale. Excellent job! We were 2,000 miles away and trusted her implicitly. Placing the house on the market led to a contract in about a couple of weeks. It was of immense comfort to know everything was being handled at the highest professional level, and the transaction closed in about 30 days. Everything was done by telephone and e-mail, and Sally made it truly pain-free! From the first call to Sally to closing took less than 4 months. 2 months we were in the home, the last 2 months we had moved. We can't thank Sally enough for making this as stress-free as possible. It was a big decision, and Sally made it happen for us in the best way! Thanks, Sally!
