Absolutely recommend this nail salon. I am visiting from out of town and had no problem as a walk in. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The lady doing my nails paid extra attention to every single detail and was a shear perfectionist making sure every single aspect of each nail was perfect! Have never had a better manicure experience. They make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. Highly recommend and definitely hate I am from Louisiana and can't be a regular client! $35 dip nails and $20 pedicure totalling out to $55. I was hesitant on going to them again, the last 3 times they were rough. Desperate for some TLC on my nails, I decided to give them another try. Pedicure was ok the lady seemed like she was rushing. I normally like these to last awhile. Dip looks good so far, I was going to get tips. But she advised me that my length would be well enough. I showed them the picture off pinterest and they told me they could do it. He clipped them and I asked if the length would still be the same as in the picture and he said yes. When he finished I asked if he could make them look more like the picture they told me no my nail bed was too small. I then told them they should have mentioned my nails would not look like the picture before they began. I asked them to start over and just paint the nail a light pink so I could keep the length in the picture. He told me no, clipped my nails, and told me to leave. read more

Poor customer service, poor job at doing nails, and when a complaint about the nails was given no proper solution was offered. IE; either fixing the nails or redoing them for free. Paid full price for a rushed unprofessional job. I could have done better(and have) at home and saved $50. I wanted to pamper myself and felt rushed through. She gave me a half attempt at a manicure while I was still getting my pedicure,not professional at all. Gel polish all over cuticles that weren't taken care of. Never will go there again. read more

I have been there twice, the first time was good I called an hour before and they were able to get me in. I went back for a second time to get my acrylics filled. I had a 5:00 appointment, it was after 5:30 and they still hadn't started my nails. There were only two of people working and they had 3 people getting their nails done and one person was soaking in the pedi chair. When it was time for me, I was told that we would need to take my acrylics off and put new ones on, because they were lifting. I agreed to it. The man took a piece of plastic and ran it under the acrylic nails and pooped them off. After that he filed the tops of my nails down so much it burned. The man put my tips on then switched to the woman next to me to finish her nails. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!! After my nails were done they charged me $10 for the removal of my acrylics, that were popped off. I would've been happy to pay $10 if they were soaked off, but that wasn't the case. My nails are in such bad shape after going to this nail salon. I won't ever be back. My nails are so thin that they burn when I'm driving because of the sun, also they are splitting up in the quick. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They are nice people and I hate that I had this experience. read more

Wow! Such a beautiful salon, and what wonderful owners! I have visited twice. My first visit was a walk-in at 9:30AM on a Thursday. I was quickly welcomed and in the pedicure chair within 5 mins. I was impressed with the attention to detail with both the full set of nails, and Spa Pedicure I received. I am always a little skeptical of going to a new place, let alone a place that has just opened. Let me assure you, this is well worth the visit. The owners are so personable and made me feel right at home. There is a bit of a language barrier, as they are originally from Vietnam. This is not an issue at all for me. I can't speak a word of Vietnamese, so their ability to speak our language is totally impressive. My second visit was today. I had a fill and another Spa Pedicure. I made an appointment for noon, and was pleasantly surprised to be seated straight away. Again, it was a great experience. I especially loved my pedicure! Em is just the sweetest.
