The pizza crust was very crispy and you can tell it was just wood fired right then and there I still had some of those wood fired elements on my hand when done eating my pizza slice! Yum! For starters we ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana for $189 mxp, it come out piping hot, it had a lot of melted mozzarella cheese, with their signature tomato sauce, it was very good but the eggplants were little bitter. At la tratto the pasta has a nice balance, not a lot of oil and butter and not a lot of garlic which to me makes it perfect. Their server was a nice lady that had vast knowledge of wine and food and always suggested the right wine to try depending on what you were eating. The pizza is great with a thin crispy crust and quality ingredients. Did i mention that they have wine flights so you can try different ones?
