I often don't like italian food…read morebecause back in the states i find the pasta has to much oil and butter and the pizzas have more bread than tomato and cheese. At la tratto the pasta has a nice balance, not a lot of oil and butter and not a lot of garlic which to me makes it perfect. Their server was a nice lady that had vast knowledge of wine and food and always suggested the right wine to try depending on what you were eating. The pizza is great with a thin crispy crust and quality ingredients. Did i mention that they have wine flights so you can try different ones?
