I had the shrimp mixed salad which was so good, but not a huge fan of the sauce. We also had buffalo mozzarella with tomato and warm bread. The bread was super cool (check out the pic!) like a pita type thing but perfectly toasted and fun. Weird way to describe bread- fun, but whatever it's how I feel. Anyway, service was good, atmosphere was lovely and so was the food. We came at a strange time in the afternoon so the menu was limited but there was still something to make us happy!

The soup had a perfect flavor and creamy texture with crispy bread crumbs dipped in the soup. The pizza had good amount and veggies and was very filling. During my second visit I had Onion soup which was again fantastic, it was a thin textured soup with perfect onion flavor and a cheese smeared bread dipped in it. And also I had a vegetarian pasta which was good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any vegetarian visiting Filzmoos.

One of the nights when we were in Berchtesgaden we had a hankering for pizza. I found Pizzeria…read moreJolly, and the place looked pretty happening on a week night. I saw lots of ppl carrying out and dining in. For dinner, my husband and I split a large margherita pizza and an insalata jolly (house salad, I think). The salad here is amazing and very large! It was huge, had delicious chunks of cheese and the balsamic dressing was spot on. And I'm not normally a fan of olives but the olives in the salad were full of pungent olive flavor, without being too salty. Salad was fantastic and I was digging it. Unfortunately, the pizza was not as good. The crust was perfect, slightly charred, thin and crunchy. What was bad was that the margherita pizza had way too much tomato sauce (which was too salty) and the fresh mozzarella cheese was wet. It was clearly put on the pizza after it was already finished in the oven. In fact the mozzarella cheese was so wet that it even slid off our slices of pizza. Also word to the wise, the large pizza is really large for two people esp after the big salad. No worries, we took it home and ate leftovers for breakfast the next day =)

This was SO helpful to us as my son cannot tolerate ANY gluten! The regular options are great too and they are open late (until midnight!). The pizza is DELICIOUS and has some great toppings. Keep in mind that "pepperoni" here is NOT pepperoni, though! We ended up with banana peppers on ours...order salami or 'hot sausage' if pepperoni is what you want. Many of the other options were good as well. We had 6 in our group and stayed in this hotel, so I think we tried everything on the menu! They patio has a great view of the mountain.

We ordered the pizza with salami , bacon , peppers and added fresh basil. It was delicious. Cooked in an electric oven that made a char on the crust. The crust was soft and you could eat all of it. The peppers were a little spicy. The basil was a bonus. They normally don't cut your pizza. We were splitting it so they cut it and gave us 2 big half's. Delicious this is a little shop making quality pizza.

The food was just spot on, along with friendly service. They took the time to explain the menu and didn't rush you along. The 1st - 2 evenings we just stuck with the pizza's and loved them all. On our last night we had pasta and pizza. Again just amazing. The crust, the sauce just perfect. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for good Italian food that tastes good and is filling to come try this place out. The prices are quite reasonable compared to many restaurants that offer this type of food or atmosphere.
