The fresh meat and fish is on display as one enters the place (which is usually very busy). The menu is very extensive - with a speciality in fish, but also other things. Everything is carefully sourced, prepared, blended - venison, scottish salmon, truffles, and wonderful mushrooms are staples of the menu, having been 3 or 4 times now. The wine list is varied and the staff unstintingly friendly. Not a cheap, generic place, but the expense has never felt unjustified given the care, finesse and heterogeneity that define this place.
