We arrived close to opening, which in Solna for most businesses is around 11 am. The cafe was amazingly clean, nicely decorated and open to see even the kitchen. The toppings were on full display, fresh not bagged veggies, beautiful meats. We ordered 2 pizzas, a kabob pizza, basically imagine a gyro in pizza form. The meat was some of the best I have ever had. It was different from the processed mush meat used in gyro, this was real cut roasted meat not processed through a blender. Amazing fresh tomatoes, peppers and yes believe it or not lettuce. Topped with a tzatziki sauce and a slightly spicy sauce. Pure delight. The second pizza was called the Al Pacino, Salami, if I am not mistaken was Genoa, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and olives. The sauce was delicious and the crust absolutely amazing. This crust was amazing thin, thinner that US thin crust. In Sweden you will find more zero sugar drinks than normal drinks and for most soda type drinks there are many more flavors than the U.S. If you are in Solna Sweden and are looking for pizza, this is a must stop. I quickly ordered the gose they had on the menu, and was super pleased when it was served to me with what appeared to be a scoop of sorbet inside. A beer float, I guess. And it was delightful! I imagine that would be some good easy outdoor drink to have in the warmer months. I totally enjoyed myself and am glad I was able to visit!
