The staff are very friendly, smiling and wanting to assist. Sweden is basically a cashless society. Expect to use credit or debit cards just about anywhere you purchase things.

The counter is half bakery ( muffins, brownies, etc.). and half deli (sandwiches, pizza, etc.). Cases of drinks and stands of candy and chips comprise the rest of the store. I credit them with knowing their audience. Being in a train station, they get passengers, tourists from the nearby hotels, and workers who need/want these particular food items. And cigarettes, snus, and such, behind the counter.

The selection is perhaps not huge but they are friendly, prices are fairly reasonable and it is always good to have something easily accessible, without having to exit the station, while waiting for the always delayed commuter trains.
