The waiter, who had some funky manicured eyebrows and long hair with a pony tail was from Sicily and a very nice guy. The pizza was ordererd and we told him "solo uno" which was no problem for him. (Some places don't like you ordering one meal for two people!) He brought our drinks almost immediately - a Maes Pils for me and a bottle of Chaudfontaine mineral water for the lady. This also came with a bowl of olives. The pizza arrived 15 minutes later and it was indeed one pizza, but on two plates. It wasn't cut in half and plopped on the plates but cut in 6 slices and strategically placed on both plates. Never seen that before! We enjoyed our dinner and had a nice relaxing time there, chatting off and on with the waiter (although in Italian).

We did not have a reservation and were able to walk in and be seated. We didn't want to eat anything big and shared their focaccia. It was huge and perfect for two people. It was delicious! And their spicy oil added the right amount of heat for a good spice on a cold and rainy night. We ended the evening with tiramisu and chocolate mousse. Everything was reasonably priced and very enjoyable. The restaurant is very well decorated and very clean. The service was great and I cannot wait to go back.

Most dishes have pork or beef. The pasta tasted very fresh and the portions were what you would want of a good Italian restaurant, plentiful. My "white" ragú was packed full of flavor and the beef was tender. The pecorino cheese used was perfect. All in all, this is the type of place that is always busy and with good reason. Since they don't take reservations lines do form at the front of both sister locations on the same block. Make the line, it moves fairly quickly. And if it doesn't it is still well worth it.

One of the best meals we had on vacation in Brussels. Staff was nice and everyone around us was enjoying their food too.
