It was from Yousaf from Big Brothers Gourmet Pizza. He said that he wanted to make things right by offering a fresh pizza. It sounded too good to be true. It was. I wrote back to ask how I could get a fresh pizza on October 23. Crickets. I followed up on November 23. I still didn't get a response. My father felt compelled to call and assure them the order was in fact valid, as he is a regular customer who is recognized by his phone number when he calls. We were visiting from Texas and have visited many LC locations. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and I got two pepperoni pizzas right away. I only have one complaint. I do not know if it is this location or all the locations in Canada but the hot and ready pizza was smaller than what we are used to. In Texas we get large $5 hot and ready. These seemed to be medium sized. At home when we get two large, we end up with a few pieces left over. We finished these two easily. So if you are traveling to Canada and want LC hot and ready, keep this in mind.
