The longer you knead the mixture, the better the texture will be. They have couple tables outside but I think its better as a takeaway! I would buy a box of cigkogte which comes with all the greens & lavash and make your own wrap. If you are in the mood to skip the typical falafal wrap and try something new go for it! As a side note- 'Cig Kofte' (CHEE' kuf-TAY') is classic Turkish-style steak tartar, is made with very high quality, fat-free beef that is minced and kneaded together with fine bulgur, pepper and tomato paste, onion, garlic and a mixture of Turkish spices. It's a regional dish from the southeastern part of Turkey with a lot of history behind it. BUT this is all vegetarian and today many Cigkoftes are made this way due to higher health awareness. The falafel was SO GOOD and I'm a total falafel snob. It was light, fluffy, and not too crispy. The flavor was amazing and authentic. The salad with the pickled cabbage was delicious and I mixed in some of the yogurt dressing into my salad and it tasted like I was eating a doner but without the extra carbs! The rest of the party has the lamb doner as wraps and the lamb skewers with bulgar wheat. Everyone was impressed. The portions were HUGE and the flavors all melded together perfectly. My mom is VERY picky when it comes to lamb and she won't touch it if she thinks it smells and she was very happy with her wrap. I would highly recommend this place for some really delicious food. Also, they have an upstairs seating area which is great because there is never enough seating around these parts of town. My belly is happy :)
