Great wings at great prices. The pizzas here are NEVER greasy (which I love) but the toppings aren't of the highest quality (still better than Pizza Pizza) but the price is right! If you go in to pickup, check out the specials in the flyer and combo deals they are very reasonably priced with several offering pizza and wings. I ordered from here for the first time a medium pizza and wings for delivery through Just-eat.ca. Delivery was fast (under 30) and food was hot. The pizza was...alright. However, I ordered in the comments section extra tomato sauce and definitely didn't get it. Also, I just wasn't blown away with the taste or quality of ingredients. The wings were also disappointing to me. For all that my pizza had no sauce, the wings were swimming in it! Not in a good way. I thought perhaps the restaurant had misinterpreted my comment but I see the pics here and all the wings look heavy on the sauce. They also seemed heavily breaded which didn't work under all the sauce. Overall, decent but I probably won't be a repeat customer. read more

Great food....terrible customer service. We've been ordering from Pizza Tonite regularly with our average order being around $40 or so. The last two orders they've sent us the wrong wings. We normally get 1lb Hickory Wings and 1lb Hickory/Suicide mix. Instead, they sent us 1lb BBQ wings, 0.5 lb BBQ wings, and 0.5 lb Suicide. When we called to tell them about the mistake their response is, "if we like it, we can keep it, they're not sending us another order". They were adamant that we made the mistake when making the order. Because, every sane person orders 1 LB of BBQ Wings and then orders ANOTHER 0.5 LB of the same exact wings separately? We wouldn't have just asked for 1.5lb... Thanks for showing how cheap you are when it comes to your customers. We will never order from your establishment again. read more

WINGS - huge and delicious PIZZA - delicious and lots of variety I definitely recommend this pizza joint. The only thing I would suggest is that they update their website. I called to order a special I saw on their website and they informed me that the prices were most expensive than what was listed ($3 more for the special I requested). They should update the website or honour the price listed if a customer orders a special off their site. Overall, I would recommend. Food is delicious. The food is fairly good but the service is awful. If there is an issue with your order that is 100% their fault they will be rude to you and not help you at all. When I called them because anchovies were accidentally added to my order the woman automatically assumed I was someone else who called and placed an order earlier and told me how wrong I was due to specifically asking I'd they had anchovies. She said this in one of the most rude accusing tones I have ever encountered. There was no apology for this even when I informed her I ordered online. Normally this would be a fair misunderstanding for me without much fuss, but the fact that residents at my address had already ordered from them twice in the past 2 days (others were impressed so we followed suit), and they forgot our wings in this order, I expected some form of customer service for our business. I leave a one star because no business should be as disrespectful in their interactions with their paying customers, even though their food is quite good. An attractive face - or tasty one in this case - can be ruined flat by a terrible personality. Driver was nice and understanding. Once he returned with the wings he said he would get us a proper pizza. If he returns I will tell and give that champ props. read more

This is the best place for wings in town. Their pizza has gotten better over the years, and it's no my go to for pizza as well. The variety of toppings, 4 per pizza, and the price point, in my mind makes this place unbeatable. The more you order the better the price gets, so it is a perfect place to order from for a party. I have never had a problem with the service -- always friendly even when they are jammed, food always done on time... What more can you want from your neighborhood wing and pizza place? read more

I have been ordering from this place for literally 22 years. They were alright, great prices, middle of the road... However in the last several months things have changed. They seemed to have really upped their cheese game, going from cheese that melted into a mussy pile of goo, to some of the nicest, snappiest, great flavored mozzarella around. It even retains it's "snap" after being reheated. The bacon is topnotch and the toppings have a nice, small "old school" chop on them. The panzarotti's are great also with a crunchy deep fried crust and fresh, flavorful marinara sauce. Highly recommend. read more

We ordered from the pizza tonite in St. Thomas Ontario, and I'm so disappointed, we have used them for years and years. first of all, it took them well over an hour for delivery, and then my wife opens hers and the kids pizza and the totally screwed it up so I called to complain (only to let them know they screwed up because we were not going to wait for another hour or more to be fixed) I was accused of having a bad attitude even though he admitted it was their fault, then he hung up on me. my kids only like cheese pizza's they hate toppings so they didn't even have any pizza because of this. I don't know what happened to make them stop caring about their customers, but they really don't. and they were my favourite pizza of all time, but after this we'll never order from them again. not only were we disappointed, we were insulted. my advice to one and all... stay away read more

Woke up and realized they never brought the wings so I called and they argued with me and never apologized or een offered something for it. Shameful business practices. As an East-coaster living in London, I have had a heck of a time finding even mediocre food here, not to mention the hygienic standards look less than appealing...however...I tried pizza tonite, and the food was amazing, the downside...as usual, in London, there was 2 blonde hairs in the wings...disgusted...called them up they gave us another free batch on next order, they also gave us cheese sticks instead of the cinnamon sticks we ordered and when we called, they immediately said keep it and we will send you your cinnamon sticks asap...they followed through on both promises. So other than the hair incident, blech, the food was fantastic...the wings phenomenal (honey-garlic), I just placed a third order and will now be trying out their chicken strips and fries combo...will let you know how it goes. read more

I've had four experiences with pizza tonight. And for the record, I live 5 minutes at the most from their location. TL;DR Average Pizza, Insulting delivery times and customer service. If your thinking of ordering from another pizza joint then do so. Don't waste your money or time. First time I ordered the pizza, it was on a Saturday and estimated that it would arrive 45-60 min. Pizza arrived in 80 min. I called the shop to see where it is, they told me it was on the way, unapologetic, they didn't care. The pizza arrived cheese hardened and wings soggy, and delivery person didn't even apologize either. Apparently 80mins is acceptable. Other two times I had a good experience. Pizza arrived on time during each occasion on a weeknight, and was actually pretty decent. Along with the wings. Nice jumbo sized, well seasoned wings. Different delivery person. And then the last time was the final straw that broke the camel's back. We ordered anticipating pizza before a concert. Pizza was estimated 45-60 min. At 70 min the people who ordered the pizza left and we had to cancel. This was the only time they had apologized. Even though, after that, the pizza did arrive though. An hour later! The delivery person still showed up, expecting us to accept it and pay for it! Despite cancelling! Don't bother ordering from this place. It's a joke on the weekend. There's so many more places in London deserving of your money with equally competitive prices, and much better quality. Order from Bondi's, Piero's, Frammagio's, p za pie or another pizza joint that actually cares and has their operation. read more

Have ordered from there for the last 5 years. We've ordered lasagna with our usual order twice in the last 3 weeks and they've forgot to deliver the lasagna both times. They then promised to make it and deliver it as soon as possible. The first time it took an hour, the second time they said it would be 30 mins and it took 50. When you order lasagna, they say it will make your order take longer, an hour instead of 45 mins. Tonight our order took 1 hour and 45 mins to arrive incorrect, then the extra 50 for the lasagna to arrive. That's over 2 and a half hours for my wife to wait for her food. We heard about Pizza Tonite from a friend who recommended this place. We were starving so decided to try out something new. What a disappointment. Firstly, the girl on the phone sounded like she hated her job and spoke very unprofessionally. The first thing she said when answering the phone, and her exact words were: "Hi, can you hold on a second, wait never mind, what do you want?" Secondly, it took an hour and ten minutes for the pizza to arrive, and we only live ~7 minutes away. We ordered, two medium pizzas with 4 toppings and 1lb of wings. Excited to finally eat, we were let down yet again the moment we opened the box. The cheese was hard and dry. It was almost like they gave us a leftover pizza that has been sitting out for a week. The crust was tough, and the pizza was very bland and didn't have much flavor. If I didn't pay for it, I'd probably throw the rest out. The only thing good I can say about this place were the wings. They were big and the honey garlic we had actually tasted pretty good. Maybe they should ditch pizza, and change the name to Wings Tonite. (Maybe even spell Tonight properly) lol Bottom line, we will NOT be ordering from them again, and absolutely do not recommend their pizza to anyone. Ps. I find it funny that there are only 2 reviews on their main website (both positive obviously) and they were written on the exact same day just 2 minutes after each other. Tonight, my daughter-in-law treated my son, my husband and myself, to what she said was the best pizza and wings in London. She received a call about five minutes after placing the order and getting a price, with a new price. We were told our order was ready, just had to wait for the driver to return from a delivery and it would be on its way. Our pizza had very little to no sauce and it appeared to be over-baked. The pizza was cold as well. Our side of honey garlic wings had no sauce on them, as the original ones that came with our order did. The wings were ice cold. The Caeser salad was not dressed. When we called to complain, she (the manager) called us liars. Would not replace our money or our order. When asked to speak with the owner, after establishing she was the manager, were told he would not be back for three weeks. She was very rude and unprofessional. Safe to say they are no longer (if they ever were) the best pizza and wings in London. Will never order from there again and safe to say, will not refer my friends to their establishment! Good all-round pizza place! Been in the same place since I went to public school in the area. They have very good and fair pizza deals. Even if it's not their daily special, still good for what you get. Service is good and direct. They set proper expectations when order will be ready. Pizza's good, Panzorotti's are good, Wings are AMAZING! For the price, $5 a lb on Tuesday/Wednesday with the daily special or $7 normally priced well worth it. HUGE wings, bigger than Palasad's jumbo wings, smothered in sauce. Best I've had in London! read more
