Pizza Nova I recall from metro Toronto But this take out shop ( during covit2020) was terrific We ordered a Hawyian and a cheddarbacon classic I think was the name . I had problems ordering on the iPhone they thier website but the store accommodated me fast and not any change in prices . Just happy as they stepped up and fixed my error Hot , fresh and delightful , you could see the loads of toppings like large pieces of ham and resl bacon ( pieces not some ground bacon bits ) I saw a sign that they also have a square party size available thst I will order for staff lunches when Work place freedom is back It's not a 7.99 pizza but it is loads better , let's face it , some people don't have coupons in thier pocket and aren't really only looking for the cheapest item pizza or magazine or coffee or bagel etc read more

No faulting their pizza - it is fabulous. However, we will not be ordering again due to their poor delivery. Twice now we have had to wait for over an hour for our pizza to arrive. Most unfortunate as it is very good pizza. We are very disappointed. read more

Came in with my daughters for a quick bite. They had two slices, and I ordered potato wedges for the girls and a sandwich for me. Girls got their cheese slices ASAP, they were happy, 25 min later, I asked about my wedges and sandwich. It was obvious they forgot to make them. Waited another 10 minutes, got the sandwich. Are the whole sandwich, waited ANOTHER 5 minutes, went BACK up to the counter, asked about the wedges, they were done and packed in a bag, and sitting on the pizza oven..... I moved to london a year and a half ago. I have tried a few pizza places and were not to happy with them. I decided to try Pizza Nova because I got an advertisment in the mail. How do I say it. The best and I mean the best pizza I have ever tasted. I added pinapple and tomatoes and peppers. I was just so nice looking when I opened the box. I would recommend this place for the real pizza lovers. I am just the type that can take pizza or leave it. This place has made me a loverof pizza. We've had a hard time finding tasty take-out pizza in London. It's been all downhill since we lost our beloved Flying Tomato lo these many years ago. We were really excited when we heard that PN was coming to London. They opened two locations on the same day. Doesn't matter if you are ordering for delivery because all calls go to a central number. I suspect that all calls in the *province* go to the same number. Holding my breath, I called on day two to ask whether they could make a pizza to accommodate my allergies. The response leads me to believe that they could accommodate all but the most unusual dietary requirements. They have gluten-free crust, dairy-free cheese and even an activated charcoal crust, should that be your need. Reasonable prices especially on the meal deals. A party size one-topping is less than $22. You can get two medium pizze with three toppings each, a pound of potato wedges, six cans of pop and a box of pizzelle for $30. Same special with two large is $36. Many specialty pizze on the website. Great prices on pick-up deals. We've liked everything that we've tried so far. Bonus: it reheats well. The ETA for delivery is usually accurate. Drivers are very polite. read more

My workplace just provided us a pizza lunch from this place. Maybe it was the large-ness of the order, but this stuff was very subpar. I had 2 slices of pepperoni and one plain cheese and there was zero flavour. Those two were the only ones that looked appetizing - the "meat" and the "veg" looked sad. Every bite was flat and tasted rubbery. There is no desire in me to try it again as a personal order, unlike another pizza lunch we were provided. That one ended up in my repertoire. We have gluten allergies and have been disappointed with other brands, and felt marginalized. PIZZA NOVA on Wellington is GREAT. We have gotten to know staff and they are always polite and careful with our pizza. This makes us feel safe and appreciated. I think this place is a hit or miss depending on your order. We ordered a large veggie and a small meat tonight. The small meat one looked fine: nicely browned, soft yet crispy crust and my friend thoroughly enjoyed it! But the large veggie... was totally flaccid, soggy, oily blob. It was too droopy to eat like typical pizza, so I had to eat it with a knife and fork. I baked it more myself to try to firm it up a bit which helped for about 5 minutes before it sank back to being soggy. Maybe it was the large size? Or maybe Pizza Nova just hates vegetarians? It's a relatively new place, so I don't want to rub their name in the dirt (hence not giving 1 star) So hopefully they work on fixing that flaccid pizza! read more

This place is fabulous! Having major dietary restrictions due to allergies it doesn't get any better than being able to order for takeout a gluten free and dairy free pizza with a great variety of toppings all of which (if you eat meat) are ethically sourced and raised with no antibiotics or hormones. Offerings are pepperoni, bacon, smoked ham, porchetta, hot soppressata, spicy sausage, ground beef, anchovies and grilled chicken. Great vegetable and cheese choices as well. The staff at the Wellington location is great and and any pizza we have ordered from them has been extremely flavourful and I am just loving being able to have pizza again! The gluten free crust can only be ordered in medium which is ample for us and the flavour is fantastic and I think most people would have a hard time telling the difference. Upcharge for crust is 3.25 but cheaper than other places and if you have bought the frozen Daiya pizza's from the grocery store, on average in Canada their almost $10.00/ pizza and not nearly as big or flavourful, this makes a trip to Pizza Nova well worth it. A gluten free, dairy free (Daiya) and 3 topping usually runs us on average 16-18 dollars. Orders can be done online which I love because by the time I get there it's ready and I can go. Staff is super friendly at this location and we'll keep coming back! read more

My husband and I were at the hotel across the street from pizza nova and called to order a pizza. The man taking the order was so rude. He cut me off each time I started to speak. Asking questions about the hotel we were staying at including the address even though I could see the store from my hotel window I had to provide the address as he said "go to the land line phone and give me the information from it" as I was using my cell phone. After 10 mins of his verbal rude behavior pizza order was in and would be delivered in 35-45 mins. I hung up and my husband said call them back and cancel that order for their rude behavior. Poor customer service is not worth our business. I called back and the woman that answered the phone was equally rude and abusive to me and I finally just told her that their establishment has very poor customer relations and we're done right rude. My husband then hung up the phone. I called Domino's on Wellington Street from my cell and they were extremely customer friendly. They didn't worry about where the hotel was they in fact said not to worry she new where it was and just needed our room number. Pizza arrived 25mins later and was absolutely delicious. 5 stars to Domino's and we will never go to pizza nova ever no matter where we travel. read more
