It's about 5-10min drive from Les Baux and totally worth it! After ordering pizza at the counter, you give your name and get seated outdoors. When the pizza is ready, they ring the bell and call out your name. Then you go inside and bring the pizza. We ordered Montagnette and absolutely loved it.
