Grilled chicken was plentiful and perfectly seasoned on the salad. The wrap was stuffed with well seasoned chicken breast meat. The pizza is a super thin crust that was a great bite. Another 10-15 minutes later the wrong pizza, one appetizer and a cold kid's meal was brought out. When I informed them the pizza was NOT the right pizza and we were missing an app one of the servers stormed away while spouting off rude comments. At this point we were over it. Good sausage, good pepperoni, nice chunks of fresh veggies... I love their sausage and mushroom pizza (canned mushrooms, not fresh - but very good!) and have tried a few other things. They put a generous amount of toppings on every pizza I have ordered. I tried the salad and it was good - filling. I tried the garlic bread and it was just ok for me. As I am typically a solo - a small pizza is more than enough. Considering it is not much more than similar pizzas from the big chains, I think it is worth it to enjoy a quality pizza instead.

I want to start by saying that I came from the South so I am used to many things being done…read morerespectfully and with decency. my family and I all personally prefer extra sauce on our pizzas because otherwise the pizza is dry and leftovers aren't great. Papa Johns back in GA knew and understood this, especially since they made notes on my account. I was told how to fix the special sauce issue by calling ahead and by them placing a note on my customer profile and yet the issues continued. I appreciated mgmt providing store credits the first two times but after the mishap yesterday -- my son's surprise birthday party -- I received nothing but rude communication from both the staff and the owner of the Jamestown location. I wasn't being rude or even demanding a refund so I am unsure as to why I was constantly interrupted and provided no solution but I will say that i now FULLY understand that dominos cannot provide my preference due to it being policy. Thanks for that clarification today. I was literally told to take my business elsewhere which is honestly sad. I probably shouldn't revisit as I am concerned my food would be messed with or the lack of customer service will persist, only time will tell. They used the residual heat to finish off my pizzas in the oven, pulled out lights they put on delivery cars to keep the restaurant lit, and had every take out order ready. They made some great pizza and the best of a bad situation. I can't wait to order from them again the next time I'm in town!
