I understand people want to network and connect, but maybe that could have waited until I had my food (which I had already paid for, $4 tip to go less than a mile, still arrived 5 mins late.) After approximately another 5 minutes of not seeing her, I leave my residence to locate where Amber had disappeared to with my food in her arms while entering the opposite housing complex from where she seen me. When I go over to where she is and I get my pasta and wings from her, without a receipt. She is visibly fidgeting and appears to be under some sort of influence. When I arrive to the other complex I ask "Hey, can I have my food?" She replied with "uhh yeaah?" as though I interrupted her conversation. Meanwhile she's holding my dinner hostage to talk to the neighbors. She hands over the food and I leave. This behavior is concerning because she was operating a vehicle in an area with children present and were still playing outside. Never had any issues prior to this.
