We split a pizza which was accompanied by the standard salad bar that comes with lunch in many Swedish restaurants. The salad bar and the bread were super fresh. The pizza was fresh and cooked to order in the brick pizza oven. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant wasn't too busy when we arrived but they had pretty loud music playing and steady stream of customers coming in as we ate. It seemed like a local spot off the tourist path and was a nice change from the old city.

But flavors overall were good - we came primarily to try the ham banana curry pizza which we read is popular among Swedish locals. The curry flavor is there, just not spicy, and the banana flavor isn't too strong. It was an interesting experience. We also ordered the Rossini, which has beef, onions, peppers, and bearnaise sauce. Reasonably good too, although once again probably not the style that most Americans like us are used to.

I'm very picky when it comes to my food and I can honestly say I really enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and Avocado (I don't know the exact name to this dish) but it was very delicious. Also had the Swedish Cider which was a perfect mix for my food as it is not so beer like tasting. My boyfriend had one of their Steak dishes, that was also very delicious. The portions were perfect. We also had a potato dish which was delicious as well. By the time we were done with our food, our stomachs were full and happy. We did however make room for a coffee and an expresso, I was very surprised! Swedish coffee is my new favorite. I definitely recommend this place and will be going back before our flight back to the States.

The menu is pretty extensive in the pie selection. I got the calzone and the wife got the pesto pie. Overall the flavor was quite good, but a big letdown was the crust. The crust here is extremely soft. There's no firmness to it. It could be almost pita like. Also, don't get the olives side if you don't like green olives. We expected black olives and got green, we didn't eat them. The biggest disappointment here is the service. Our waiter really didn't know what he was talking about and didn't engage us during the meal. Then he disappeared when the bill was due, 15 minutes later we had to fly down the manager to pay. The manager gave some strange excuse of being short-staffed, but this guy's just seemes to disappear. Maybe he quit?
