We arrived there around 4h45pm on a Saturday; hoping to miss the dinner rush. Despite the restaurant being almost empty we were sent at a table in the back where there were food pieces on the seats, table and floor which as pretty disgusting but we were hungry, and in a hurry, so we decided to ignore the cleanliness of the place. We had a simple appetizer and two simple dinners, yet after about 45mins of waiting, we were told by the waitress that she accidentally served our appetizer to another table, but another one was coming, a couple of minutes later she came back saying the system did not send the initial order to the kitchen, but they'll rush a new one in immediately. After several more minutes we ended up getting that appetizer, but it took so long to get the main course that we had to eat it in a rush as we had other plans. We don't know if it was the waitress or the restaurant system to blame but we decided to leave only 5% tip instead of our usual 15%-20%, the waitress looked very insulted of that. As for the food, I had the chicken skillet, and there was more bbq sauce on it than chicken (picture attached), I counted four tinny slices if chicken with various veggies. If that is the service offered to every customer, the place will not stay in business much longer. If as tourists, we were treated differently, that's even worse considering they are located in a region that relies on tourism as the corner stone of their economy. We will not be returning to that establishment next time we are visiting the region, the experience was unacceptable, and whoever is in charge should seriously review their operation procedures.
