First impressions are important! First time at this location and when my husband walked in he wasn't greeted, didn't know if they were ready for him to order because they just stared, and when he explained it's been a while since we've been into a Pizza Plus, they didn't say a thing. Thank goodness we looked at the menu ahead of time online because there was little to no interaction at the counter. We ordered a large California Chicken and a large Classic Deluxe Pizza. Which is really comparable to everyone else's Mediums or larger small sized pizzas. We ended up throwing away majority of the pizzas because the crust was too hard. (Overcooked cracker-like crust) Our toddler couldn't break it down to eat and actually threw it at the ground for us to realize half of the pizza was inedible from the sound it made. Also to note. My husband asked for extra ranch with our order. He was told they were inside the pizza boxes. When he went to check the lady repeated herself in a tone, "I said they were inside." Needless to say, we didn't check until we got home and guess what? No ranch dipping inside the boxes. For the price we paid and the quality of food/ingredients received, we'd rather travel to another establishment for a better experience and edible food. Huge let down. read more

One and done! 1st and my last time. Everything from the lack greeting when walking into the door to place order, to the $40 for two pizzas. Crust was hard as a rock that no one enjoyed. I am new to the area and had high hopes. Was more expensive than Pizza Hut and the food quality was worse than Little Caesars. Convenience is the only thing this location has going for it. my dinner was a piece of peanut butter bread as it took over 2 hours for delivery and i had to go to work before it showed up. i get Friday is busy but be honest with time frame is appreciated. read more

It's amazing how anyone could enjoy this pizza over the age of 8 year old. Without question the worst pizza I have ever tried including frozen . Little Ceasars is gourmet compared to this trash. read more

I order from pizza plus in bluff city at least one time a week. Well , last pizza order took 1hr and 35 min. ( IT WAS ICE COLD). So I called and the Mgr gave me a credit. Well I called today to get that order. A lady answered and I explained what I was needing. She then turned over to Mgr Mike . Well he asked for my phone # 4 times saying then he was old and senielle. I never spoke to the girl again. Ok so the Mgr Mike was very unacceptable in receiving my order. He had to ask 3-4 times what I had ordered. Now Mike delivers the pizza, I go out to get it and all I said was I called in at 12:32 & it was 1:15 now and I had hoped it wasn't cold. He proceeded to tell me this wasn't like last time opening the bag and telling me to feel it was hot. He said I had the girl crying when I got off phone and I didn't have to be so hateful... Now I am a very outspoken person. My voice us stern. He then says my son is real nice and I am hateful. I'M HERE TO SAY YOU HAVE GOT THE LAST ORDER FROM ME PERIOD!!! I would drive to Knoxville before I will ever spend another dollar there. And you can see I Am a very good customer ... Well I was ! You need people that can hear and understand people. I am done with this . U can thank ur mgr for losing business. And as u can tell I'm super upset now. Btw he said we don't guarantee 30 min delivery I live less than 3 mile from them! I'm done ... You lost a good customer. And He even tells me to tip the driver ( which was him) and they charge a delivery fee in the total price!! So , so much for my business. Really like the pizza, pepe bread is great! A little on the pricey side but look online and you can always find a deal. They also have a buffet, unsure of the hours for that but would recommend. read more

I hate to do this, but NEVER again. $28.00 plus for a pizza they call "Large" and 8 wings that I wish they never killed the chicken to create. In addition to the below average food, they also sock you with a $3.50 delivery fee. I can't imagine how this local chain exists. Great tasting pizza!! However, customer service needs serious attention and education from owners. I asked how long until delivery; received a response that "it should" be an hour. This conveys a guess and indicates an organizational system and culture that accepts mediocrity and forcing those that request service to "just live with it". In the end, service is unacceptable and hope leadership does better. read more

Love love LOVE their pizza. We eat here almost every Wednesday night & we always leave happy. Cheyenne is great & she's always helping someone. Never had a complaint. Even today they gave my daughter some extra blueberry dessert to take home because there wasnt any on the bar while we were eating. read more

I ordered $21.00 worth of pizza's, a cheese and a pepperoni. When we got it home, the cheese was so damn overcooked no one wanted it and the pepperoni had some kind of butter and parmasean shook all over it.mwhen we called they did replace it and the girl said she thought she heard me say parmasean. ??? Huh... And then my sister left to go home and ordered a pan cheese to take to her house and when she got home called me and said well,, they messed up mine too, I ordered a pan cheese and they made a thin cheese and no one will eat that thin stuff. So two victims in one day from this pizza plus. Then on 4-6-17, I ordered a hot ham and cheese sub, went by and got it home and oh well,, they didn't bother to toast the bread so YUKK.. Another screwed up order. I'm done with this pizza plus. They probably dont care but I will never go back again. read more
