This is a hard review to write. TLDR- Edible but very little flavor, almost a microwaved texture. It won't make you mad, but it's not quite worth $4+ a slice. The pizza was SO close to being good, but it missed the mark by a little in each category. The crust had a paper thin layer of crisp which seemed promising, but it didn't really have any texture past that. There was almost no sauce, and because of that had very little taste. The cheese was the oddest, smoothest, butteriest texture that kind of made it feel like microwaved Dorm Room Garlic Bread. The staff was nice, but I can see how they can sometimes have their hands full with the late night crowd. I went about 11pm and there was a guy in a full faced mask doing a Snapchat photoshoot with about $5-6,000 cash spread across his table. That obviously isn't illegal, and I don't blame the owner for not saying anything, but the implications didn't make me feel particularly safe. read more

Absolutely terrible. Very rude staff. Yelling at people to wait in certain spots and that the bathroom is out of order. Never coming back.

Weird vibes in here, like really fluorescent lighting and long tables. Guys behind the counter were nice, but the pizza was literally cold and not good. This is Oakdale Pizza on Court St so I'm not sure what's up with the name (I'll attach a photo). I ate here yesterday with my wife. The falafel, soda, and fries for the two of us was about $20 (about $10 each). It had just a little spicy with the regular sauce (no hot sauce). When I was in Brooklyn they would open a pita for the falafel pouch. The way they did it in the photo had some stuff falling out. I like the way they made large tables with pipe material to hold them up and have pictures of cities on the wall. There is a large tv and the tables are cafeteria style. Several groups of people can fit at the large tables. Because it is inexpensive but relatively clean and decent food they got a pretty high rating of 4 stars. read more

I ordered spaghetti and a salad before 6 pm still waiting and I am the only customer. To be fair it looks like they are cooking I ordered a turkey sub with mustard in side. They checked and I verified. Turkey sub with mustard on side. They just came out and verified my to go order again. It's 6:23 pm and my order came out. Salad with extra vinaigrette greasing has cucumbers, peppers, green olives and a variety of lettuce. Salad dressing was great. Large portion of spaghetti with little meatballs and mozzarella cheese cooked on top. Also came with a 6 inch garlic bread. read more

4% penalty for paying with credit card! Pretty expensive. $8.80 for 2 slices & a drink. They only offer bottled drinks (no fountain soda) so that must drive up their cost. Pizza is pretty good. Crust is quite bland but very small crust (good-quality toppings go very close to edge of pizza). Nice interior. I can't blame them for locking bathroom, but it's still pretty annoying. read more

The pizza is about average, but their hidden gem is in the Halal food. In Binghamton's oversaturated Halal market, it's hard to stand out. Oakdale does. The lamb/chicken salads are the best money can buy out here. They come LOADED in meat and vegetables (including olives+banana peppers). Ordered on DoorDash and I had a set time range given to me when it would be ready. The first time we showed up they said they didn't even start yet, and apparently were rude to my boyfriend in saying that. Like it was a joke. The time updated. Drove around a bit and came back for the new time, still not ready. I've been waiting 15 minutes extra now, and my boyfriend said they were incredibly rude and not friendly. I normally order the pizza but yesterday decided to go for a sub. They advertise as "overstuffed". Believe me when I tell you that they are not. They are normal sized 12 inch subs over priced at $10. If it were indeed overstuffed then I'd have no issue with the cost. Save your money on the subs and go to Wegmans or Subway. I asked for no mayo but mustard. My fourth and last time getting lunch here. Inconsistent food quality, takes forever to get your food and poor customer service. Not only did I wait an half hour for a sub, when I got back to the office it was not made to the way it was ordered. It was not that busy at all. They need more than 2 people working at lunch time, they need to learn how to handle the orders in the order they come in and work on consistent quality for their food. read more

This place is absolutely disgusting. I ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. All 5 of the mozzarella sticks didn't have cheese in them strictly bread crumbs fried. Then I was so excited to eat the chicken tenders just to find out that every single tender is undercooked falling apart. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to leave feeling sick from the food. But that is the least of my problem. I walked in to pick up my food and they said they forgot to make it. I had to sit there waiting for my food while the employees were fighting behind the counter. Unfortunately our GrubHub driver was not reliable, but Oakdale Pizza was sincere and provided amazing customer service through this inconvenience. We will be going back for sure. Excellent pizza. This is currently my favorite pizzaria in Binghamton. In all, their slices a traditional and well balanced. The slices are not overly greasy, the crust is appropriately crisp, and the sauce has flavor without becoming obtrusive. (Note too much pizza in these parts is way too oily. Good Evening!!! I just visit the new location that just opened on Court St... And it was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly. The young man (didn't catch his name) but he said he'd be doing delivery was above and beyond. When I said it was my 1st time there he brought the menu around to me and showed me the coupons and specials and everything... Even gave me info about delivery being available soon! I had a horrible experience at Oakdale Pizzeria in Binghamton, with the lady who works the counter, that has gray hair and glasses. First, she rang up me and my friend together, without asking if we wanted to pay separately. When asking her to split the bill in half, not only did she not know how to split the check but she gave obvious and multiple eye rolls while trying to figure it out. Then, there were no napkins in the restaurant. I asked if she could get us some. She said there were no napkins out there. I asked if she had any napkins in the building. She looked around behind the counter and then gave me one napkin. I had to ask her to give me a couple more than one napkin for the greasy food we were about to eat. While waiting for napkins, this woman said to the customer next in line, " why are people so mean when its a beautiful day outside and it seems like they are friendly when it is raining outside", obviously talking about me. I have never had such terrible experience in my life . I will not be going back to this restaurant and I will be making sure everybody I know knows what happened today 8/15/18 at 1:00pm. read more
