Worst pizza pizza out there. It's like they purposely mess up pizza's. This item 3rd time now that our pizza's are dried/burnt with bottom of sink toppings. Hopefully this review spares someone some frustration. It's best to avoid this place. read more

Excellent service by Ramandeep. Best pizza served in the town. always loved it. tried many times always loved it.

Horrible horrible horrible service. First order received sauces all exploded over the bag of pop, food was ice cold and cheese was rock hard on the pizza and cheese bread and the icing on the cake was the text message the employee decided to send me after we agreed on them sending out a new order which I was okay with until they decided to text me. Keep in mind between myself and my spouse we have had a few different phone numbers over the years and we have ordered far more than 13 times. All in all district manager received the photos of the text correspondence after I waited 50 minutes on hold and issued a refund for the employees actions but still would not recommend. read more

Ordered online and was called and told no walk ins. Not sure whats up but they cancelled my order. Downtown location, maybe the downtown folk have them holed up in there. will not go there anymore read more

The service was exceptional, super friendly and approachable. Tried the new smokey bbq chicken stromboli and it was much better then I had expected, loaded with cheese and toppings, overall good dine in experience for me and the kiddos! read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE ORDERING PIZZA IN MY LIFE. My frustration with these gentlemen that handle the situation I was put into are absolutely in the wrong. I ordered pizza at 1:36am, an hour & a half goes by with nothing, I'm outside waiting at this point because my roommate is inside sleeping & don't want them to ring the doorbell. I ordered an other pizza & then one hour later it shows up. Almost 3 hours later from original order it's here, but the delivery driver is telling me it's not free because this is for the second order. Then proceeds to explain that it was my fault that I did not receive the first order because I gave the wrong address. Apparently I gave 55 which is my house number that I order with everytime, the second order I typed in 55 aswell but when he got here told me my address was 62 & that I had to pay for the pizza as it was the second order not the first. First one was 3 hours late & second order was not even for my house number. I did not agree so I had to speak to 3 different people on the phone, which were arguing with me about my own house number. I even explained I've been standing outside for an hour dealing with this, still could not just give me the number Pizza. I never gave the wrong address, 55 is my house number & if the driver could not find it how is that on me? I was waiting at the end of my drive way 30 mins after ordering, no one ever came. Then to come here & tell me my house number is wrong & make up a story about a different address, that's extremely manipulative of a company to be doing. I eventually hung up the phone, I was so frustrated I just wanted this to be over. So I paid & came inside. Once I opened the box could you guess what they did? The never even made a second order & gave me the almost 4 hour old pizza. It's in the garbage now & I'm completely disgusted with this place, everyone will know of my experience with them. Wish I could give 0 stars, that's truly what this dump deserves. read more

honestly speaking pizza pizza is a good company and there are plenty of good stores in Toronto with quality food to choose from. but this store is different. even giving one star out of 5 is too much for them. staff is lazy and not clean. the store is always filled with smoke from burnt pizza or deep fryer. I ordered the a medium pizza and small potato wedges. easy order but still they managed to totally burn potato wedges. it felt like they left them in the deep fryer for an hour. pizza should have been well done. But it wasn't. obviously not a big deal. The store is in downtown Sudbury and that place is filled with druggies and homeless. So it seems like the store is run with idea that their customers are bums And it is not necessary to have any customer service or maintain food quality. Dont waste time or money. Order pizza else where. Toppers is always good. read more

Horrible customer service, rude people. I accidentally put the wrong address on my online order, so I called to fix the mistake. They said they updated my order and then my pizza still never came. Let's not forget that Dominos can pump out 5 pizzas in the time frame that Pizza Pizza can make one lol read more

Guy hit my dog with the door , he slammed it shut when he poked his head to see who it was I was so pissed.

the staff always gets my order right the first time, the food is always cooked properly and tastes delicious.

they dont honor their 40 mins or its free , the figure because they called you at the delivery time its okay to show up two mins later . i was at my door open looking out no one there , they say a door or lobby or its free , its a lie people read more

Started school downtown and popped in for my first lunch. I got what seemed like a two day old slice of pizza and a poutine that tasted SOUR? Like maybe the cheese or gravy was bad? Took one bite a tossed it in the garbage. A week later, I walked up to the door again because I was pressed or time. At 11:20 and it was locked, they open at 11 lol. Really creepy store front guy walked up with the keys and I asked "Don't you guys open at 11?" and he sighs and goes, "Usually". When I came in the first time I got a really weird vibe from him. He was staring at me while I was on my phone waiting for my order and talked/looked at me very grossly idk, you'd have to meet him to know :/ Don't usually write reviews on places but this place seems like it makes most of it's income off crackheads. (My interaction at the door with him made me turn right around and go back to my backpack for a granola bar) read more

I don't like to make bad reviews but this time it's needed. I watched the kitchen staff take his cell out of his pocket while wearing sanitary gloves. Use it. Then continued to use the gloves to make pizza. No clean tables to sit at. My friend used the girls washroom and the toilet paper was not in a dispenser. It was wet with wet finger prints. The bathroom was filthy beyond legal standards. When they we're informed about this, they ignored it so the security guard for the area had to do it. Because "they are busy" there was one other customer IN the store. Actually the guy with the gloves just used probably his same gloves to take some ones money and didn't change them. I am probably going to call the health unit. But thank you to the security guard for making my stay 10x better!! read more

The food is subpar. Service is ridiculous. And the drivers don't know the city. Had to direct the driver how to cross an intersection. 50 minutes and everything was cold and soggy. read more

Garlic bread was soggy like exceptionally soggy, paid extra for cheese but there was barely any on the bread, and the service was not the best read more

Wow.. this Pizza Pizza was way better then Toronto! i ordered my pizza for a get together from this site and then got an email stating that my pizza was free past 40 mins of delivery. i waited outside with my friends for half an hour before the 40 mins ended. i was even standing waiting for my pizza outside when my alarm went off for free pizza. everyone was pumped. until my pizza never came. i waited till 4 am for that pizza, and the whole time i just got more angry at pizza pizza. i then called the pizza place in the morning to get my free pizza but they proceed to tell me that they tried to contact me and never got a response? what do you mean i was sitting outside my house in which i wrote down the address in the order. and i'm sorry if thats wrong. read more

I finally broke down and ordered again after having some bad service the past few orders. I love their breaded wings and the amount and taste of the cheese they put on their pizza's, but they are horrible about ensuring that your full order is delivered. And when you call customer service to complain they say that they will get it right to you, but it's usually almost an hour later when it has already ruined the experience! They never offer any compensation to make up for it. Tonight they forgot my wings, I will admit that I wasn't happy and was going to refuse the whole order, but before I could say it the delivery guy profusely apologized and promised to go straight to the store get the wings and come right back. I gave him a chance and paid for the order and was so impressed when he literally was back within 15 minutes with the wings. He should be commended (the store not so much) because of him I will give the store yet another try. read more
