For two individual pizzas, we paid 237 Kr, which is around 28$US. Note that tips are included so you don't need to give any if you don't want to. For those who don't want to eat in the restaurant, you can also buy it to go, which many people did while we were there. They have a large range of focaccia, polpette and lasagna as well.
