I don't like writing bad reviews but just have to warm other customers how Pizza Palos treat customers with a complaint. I ordered a Pizza & Garlic Mushrooms for collection, very fast service as I picked it up 15 minutes after placing the order. Unfortunately when I got home the Pizza was undercooked, so after phoning Pizza Palos to let them know, I took the Pizza & Garlic Mushrooms back. My plan was for them to cook it properly & reheat the Garlic Mushrooms, but they were so offhand I decided it would be best to just have a refund. I asked for a full refund as I didn't want (now cold) Garlic Mushrooms, but the Manager refused point blank to refund the Garlic Mushrooms, a small amount of money I know, but I was rather disgusted at not being able to have a full refund due to the fact that they hadn't cooked the Pizza properly. I can't remember coming across such an awful service & will not be ordering any Pizza's or Garlic Mushrooms from them again!
