I would have gladly paid an up-charge for pasta to get what I wanted. ZERO accommodation that night. I will be back, but I was very disappointed with the kitchen staff this past Saturday night. I was really looking forward to that dish. Jay's Italian Villa and Via Roma are the only two places that served that dish.
