I returned 10 minutes later and was advised that the order was still not ready, and that I changed the pickup time on my order. (I don't know how to do that if its even possible). I was finally handed my order 24 minutes after I scheduled it for pickup. No apologies, just handed me the bag and said "here you go". The food was soggy and sopping with oil. Terrible experience, would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you are looking to be treated like garbage that is.

The third box was EMPTY! The Pizzas totalled $56, we tipped $40 on the false promises we would later discover. Considering we drove 30 min to get there late at night and back, My permasmile faded into bitter jokes of pizza robbery. The manager offered a credit for 3 pizzas or a refund for the $56, not including tip. In two days Toppers has a half off pizza sale, so they basically offered me 1.5 pizza value, or I can drive an hour to go get half my money back. Robbery! Half off an empty box and I can't say I'm tempted to ever go back. The manager wouldn't offer a 4th pizza for the hassle of driving, nor was he apologetic. This is how I discovered Toppers is a franchise but they don't have any system in place for quality control. On my first sortie to our local KFC in Stonebridge Town Centre it seemed to fall into the latter category. The staff took pains to ensure the customer was completely happy - plus the food was made fresh and not simply retrieved from the heated cabinet. Unfortunately, a later visit was a little disappointing. On that later occasion the chicken was insufficiently cooked for my personal taste (but I do like food well done) and the batter was not crispy but rather soggy . . . . but then at a yet later date, there it was again up to a very respectable standard of freshness and dining enjoyment. PS. The map is way off - as usual - this KFC is off Main Street (close by Walmart).
