The other waitress/bartender was just as uninterested and inattentive. The food was less than average... I've never seen wings that small ANYWHERE before. I returned 10 minutes later and was advised that the order was still not ready, and that I changed the pickup time on my order. (I don't know how to do that if its even possible). I was finally handed my order 24 minutes after I scheduled it for pickup. No apologies, just handed me the bag and said "here you go". The food was soggy and sopping with oil. Terrible experience, would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you are looking to be treated like garbage that is.

I had left a higher ranking review that last time I was in but after attending tonight with a group…read moreof friends, I decided to lower my ranking. Overall, the food was delicious. I had ordered a classic poutine and received a good sized portion served hot and quickly. I actually like the style of fries they use in the poutines. However, I felt from the beginning that our group was a thorn in the side of the service staff and management. Even though we had 20 people buying food and drinks, the manager was rude to us throughout the night because we "promised" 25 people. We never promised 25 people would be there but said to them when making the reservation that we would say 25 people in case those in our group that said they couldn't make it might attend at the last minute. Even after buying multiple drinks, dinners and desserts, we were still made to feel like annoyances because we didn't supply the "promised" 25. Any order placed to the manager who came to our table was met with a huff. The waitresses were quite nice and I tipped them well. It's the manager who you should stay away from. Overall, I was turned off from returning with a large group.

We were handed menus and no waitress ever game to our table. We decided what we wanted and waited 40 minutes without anyone coming to our table for drinks or anything. Let me add the restaurant was not even busy. At 40 minutes sitting a table of 9 was sat beside us (we were a table of 4). Within a minute a waitress came to the table of 9 to take drink orders without even looking at us. That was the last straw and we got up and left. I doubt the staff didn't even realized we left.

After being inside, I feel like I need to BATHE in sanitizer. The employee ignored us the first time we said hello to him despite him being right at the counter. After a solid 45 seconds of silence, we finally got acknowledgment. Luckily, the "cleanest" part of the place was the kitchen. We definitely won't be returning ever again

On my first sortie to our local KFC in Stonebridge Town Centre it seemed to fall into the latter category. The staff took pains to ensure the customer was completely happy - plus the food was made fresh and not simply retrieved from the heated cabinet. Unfortunately, a later visit was a little disappointing. On that later occasion the chicken was insufficiently cooked for my personal taste (but I do like food well done) and the batter was not crispy but rather soggy . . . . but then at a yet later date, there it was again up to a very respectable standard of freshness and dining enjoyment. PS. The map is way off - as usual - this KFC is off Main Street (close by Walmart).
