The staff were great and gave us a laugh or two while waiting on our food. She kept the tea a pouring. I'll will be planning a motorcycle ride down just for the burger. Great job

I am terribly sad to say every time I have gone since it's changed ownership hands it's just not the same. I used to drive down from Kansas City and bring it back home to family for special occasions it was that good! Over the years I have brought friends down on roadtrips bragging it was the best fried chicken they will ever eat. Not so anymore. You've lost a lifetime customer at this point. I kept trying it to see if it would get better but sadly it did not. The chicken wasn't the same flavor and defiantly not juicy, the onion rings were limp and tasteless. The quality of the food coming out and the taste just isn't there anymore.

Saturday Early afternoon, we were on the road and very tired. We wanted to eat at a place where we could sit and be waited on. All we could think of in Coffeyville was Pizza Hut. The nicest lady waited on us, even though she got slammed at the drive thru about the same time, she was kind, attentive and helpful. It was so refreshing to a couple of weary travelers to be served by someone who doesn't act like our being there is interfering with her day and causing a grievous inconvenience. I didn't catch her name, but all other staff could take lessons from her and I wanted to thank her.
