The last pizza we ordered was cold, dry and tasteless. We will not be going back there again.

This place needs to be held accountable for the things and actions they do, below will be my ratings for customer service and the food. Customer service Calling in to order any type of food depends on the line, sometimes it will put you on with a call center with people that are not educated about the establishment, to prove this statement me and my Father were offered a discount on the phone from the man in the callcenter, if the callcenter is linked to the establishment it should be known that it was given out right? No, there was no communication between this call center and the actual Pizza hut, in fact our order wasn't even placed by the man in the call center. Not only is the call center cutting on customer satisfaction, but it's also making orders more confusing for the workers. Food review Ordered a basic pizza, because that's what the place is known for, it was alright and bare minimum of a what I expected from the chain, it seems that the oven wasn't clean though because the bottom was still greasy from other pizzas. read more

Always have enjoyed Pizza Hut.....especially the lunch buffet! Pizza Hut is Timeless. Keep up the tasty work!

The pizza was stale and dry. The server cut me off mid sentence while I was asking for Parmesan and she yelled goodnight the slammed the drive thru door. The place looked dead and unsanitary. I do not recommend anything in this horrible town. read more

I hadn't been to this Pizza Hut for at least a couple of years because at one time they would get something wrong every single time I went - including, once, completely forgetting that I'd ordered something (and then, after making me wait 40 minutes for my food, not even giving me a discount, much less not charging me for my meal). But I'd heard this location was under new management and was much better, so I decided to give it a try, and was glad I did. I had Burnin' Hot bone-out buffalo wings, Cajun dry rub fries, and a drink. Both food items were excellent (and I'd been craving really good Cajun fries since the local Cajun restaurant closed down a few years ago). Good and hot (I mean temperature-wise, not just the taste of the wings), with the flavor of both soaked in, and the wings' consistency was very good. My only complaint might be the cost of the wings, but really they weren't any more expensive than most other restaurants. The service was also excellent (also a contrast from my visits several years ago). When the person who was supposed to be my hostess was going to be delayed coming out for some reason, the young lady who seated me came out instead to take my order. She then swung by several more times to check on me, and didn't flinch when at one point I changed my mind a moment after saying I didn't need anything else. I ordered a pizza at the Rocky Mt VA. Pizza hut when I order my pizza was told it would be fifteen minutes, so I got there a few minutes early and my pizza was already done I paid for it got home and it was cold and a bit frozen in the middle,so I called them spoke to manger John told him the pizza was cold and old he said he took it out the freezer himself, but wait a second pizza hut pizza are to be fresh. John the manger did not do anything about it not come I make you a new or you can have a refund but he was nasty to me on the phone and hung up on me. If John not happy at his job maybe he should go somewhere else, any way no refund no pizza he was hiding when I took the pizza back, just wanted everyone to know if John working you will get a frozen pizza not hand made one. We'll see if I get a refund or not. read more

We have lived in Franklin County for several years now, but haven't been to Pizza Hut. In fact, I don't recall going to one since I was at college despite being a regular at a different one during my youth. Because my daughter had earned a free personal pizza, we decided to give it a shot around Christmas. Can't say we will return - at least not for what we got the first time. Service - There weren't a lot of people there and the service was sparse, but that's still no reason for the large amount of trash and dishes that had been left by a departing group in the middle of the restaurant. It remained uncleaned throughout our stay. The waiter, whose name escapes me, was new so I gave him some leeway, but drinks remained unfilled for far too long. Food - My wife and I decided on a pepperoni pizza to go along with our older daughter's personal pizza. We also opted for the mozzarella sticks. Without them, which was shared among four people, this review would be a one-star. They were quite good. The pizza, though, was tasteless sauce, cheese, and burnt pepperoni on cardboard. Why no spices in the dough? I don't really like adding the crushed red pepper because overly spicy food is not my jam, but I did just to get some taste from the food. We came home with half a pizza and most of our daughter's cheese personal pizza. It went bad in the fridge - none of us excited for it. I realize pizza in a rural town in Virginia can be meh for the most part, especially from a chain, but at least their competitors give you SOME kind of taste - especially considering Pizza Hut is probably the most expensive of the options. If we do go back and considering the Book-It rewards, it seems reasonable to use them, we'll focus on the chicken wings. read more

I love this pizza hut. I have been going here since i was 8 years old. It is such an amazing pizza hut. The pepperonis have this delicious texture, and the cheese is amazing. The pizza sauce is the best part! The pizza sauce has this indescribable flavor. This pizza hut is the best pizza hut I have ever been to. Me and my family come here all the time. I like pepperoni pizza from here. It is one of the best pizza places I have been to. The workers are nice and the pizza here is cheaper compared to other pizza huts. 5/5 I will always come back. read more

Ok it was not horrible, it was not great either. Just mediocre at best. Personal opinion on Pizza Hut is they are the Vanilla of chain Pizza's. They fill a void, but lack in flavor and flair and spice. read more

What a rip off..it is LOUD the new remodel sucks. No buffet..but that is the case at most of the Pizza Hut's of today. Better to go to Lil Ceasar's pick up a pizza for $5 on head on home read more

Horrible. I used to work there, I used to respect it and it was a great environment. Nice and relaxing.... Now it's falling apart, they can't even keep up with the schedule and the food is good no doubt but the atmosphere sucks. Its unnecessarily expensive and ridiculous. I only eat the wings because it's the best thing there no doubt. I wouldn't sugesst working there unless you want to feel like you're in high school and get mistreated. Oh and if you have a disability and desperate to get a job with decent hours... Forget this place. Don't even try. Unless you just want to work the EXTREME bare minimum like one hour to 4-5 hours a week... Not even worth the transportation there. I do admit they do have a flexible hours but they will tell you they don't need you as soon as you've made the trip there and when you're off.. they will expect you to come in..... I was craving Italian food; however, this place did not satisfy. The unsweet tea tasted like water, with no flavor at all. The salad bar did not look fresh. The personal pan was decent, but the smallest personal pan I have ever seen. It was almost $7 for a tiny pizza and one glass of tea. Entirely too expensive for what you get. read more

The pizza isn't bad, but it's really bland for some reason, i ordered the stuffed crust. It's the first time in a long time I've ate pizza without really tasting anything, kinda weird. Staff is always nice and fast though. read more
