We recently ordered from the Port Perry location. We live about 15 min outside of Port Perry, but Papa's is still willing to deliver to us for a reasonable fee. Ordering online was seamless, they gave us a time of delivery and the order arrived exactly as scheduled. Papa's wings are ok, nothing great, but otherwise very pleased with Papa's overall food quality and service. Be sure to pay attention to their deals, there's one in particular (sorry can't remember which one) where you basically get a free pizza when you compare it to regular pricing.

So their loyalty got harder with more pizzas than before to buy, it does NOT reward multiple purchases on a single day. The ONLY loyalty club I've ever experienced that doesn't reward you more than one credit a day. Got a party? Need a bunch of pizzas? You only get loyalty credits for one pizza. You would think they would want large multiples of orders. Never ever have seen anything like that from any loyalty program. Why bother? Anyhow I guess I have to buy one more pizza, hopefully the goalposts won't move again. What a disappointment.

I went in to order, staff were in the back talking. Not a big deal, but no one heard me. So after waiting a few minutes, I had to open and close the door again to get their attention. I order pizza and wings with hot sauce. I end up getting an overdone pizza, and wings with honey garlic sauce. These are all minor things, but it makes a difference between a great experience and a disappointing one.

I ordered a pizza and panzo for delivery. It arrived an hour and a half later, and the order was wrong. When I called to advise them that it was wrong I was told that was what was written down, and that was what I ordered. I told them that was not the case as I would never order spicy sausages on my pizza or mushrooms for that matter. I was told by the girl on the phone that I could either get a credit or I could have them remake the panzo and they would bring it to me in an hour. I told her that was fine I would wait the hour for the correct panzo. 10-15 minutes later I get a phone call back from the same girl who advised me I would have to pay another delivery charge for their mistake if I wanted my order . I told them there was no way I was paying for their mistake and that I would appreciate my correct order delivered. She then proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong and that when I had placed the order the girl had confirmed my order twice. This was not the case as I would have told them they got the order wrong. So basically they called me a liar and then refused to bring me my panzo. My options, according to the girl were to come in for a refund, pay for the extra delivery charge or come in and get my own corrected panzo. I told them I would be in for my refund. I get all the way to the store and the girl refuses to give me a refund. Tells me I can take my pizza and leave. She refused to give me a managers name, refused to give me the owners name, refused to give me any information. Essentially they took my money and made me the wrong order and wouldn't give me my money back, that they yet again told me I would get over the phone. I spoke to their 'manager' this morning who in no short words told me to go elsewhere and then proceeded to yell at me and hang up on me. It's no wonder the employees act this way if this is how the manager acts. I would highly suggest they work on their customer service!
