Our waitress could not hear me ask for Pepsi three times in a row. There was no fountain pops, only 2 liter and 30 oz bottles and the bottle I got was warm. Tables were dirty, seats were dirty, silverware was dirty, and there was trash on the floors. Bread sticks were thin and way too much butter in the middle and the edges were dry. Haven't been here in years used to be very good back in the day went today walked inside seated our self. No one would wait on us. They just looked at us like we were doing something wrong. Wife n I stopped here for a late lunch last week n ordered a medium meat lovers thin n crispy crust . It was perfectly done , meat all arranged with care , right amount of pizza sauce and cheese like someone takes pride in their work . I love pizza and I appreciate it when I see someone do it right ! Stopped in to get the best pizza... BLT!!! I am so confused as to why this is the ONLY Pizza Hut I can get this at-- I have tried Davenport, IA and places in FL, CA, SC and this is the only place everyone else thinks I am crazy!!! It was as good as I remembered and just as good without the bacon! I seriously need you to spread the word so I can get this pizza when I am back home in CA!!! This is one of the things I always miss and crave....four years is a long wait to have it...PLEASE teach other Pizza Huts about this and GIVE ME MY PIZZA!! Delivery is increasing slow over the last few months. Pizza standards are way down. Order extra sauce and it might as well be in Greek. They don't care how the food looks when it leaves anymore. Went for my daughters birthday. Waiter said he'd be back in a few minutes to get our drink order. 15 minutes later, I go to the counter to give our entire order because he hasn't come back. He came to the counter and said he had people on hold on the phone and would come right over. Nope. Another 15 minutes goes by, and so we left. Do better Muscatine Pizza Hut! Ordered 3 pizzas and bread sticks. The breadsticks and one pizza were burned and they didn't deliver the desert that took 15 minutes to order. Then they sent a reorder charged more for a different desert because they didn't have the one in stock $18 more then they only brought half the second order. Bottom line is I'll never buy from these guys again and a total of $118 dollars a well taught lesson I guess!! read more

Called at 3:30pm to order pizza for my daughters birthday, was confirmed, then when they "delivered" they couldn't get ahold of anyone. Which is a complete lie, as we were waiting for the pizza so obviously we were conscious of any knocking. When asked why I wasn't called, the lady told me "uh uh uh the number was wrong" so now I to have my guests wait even long to be fed. I cancelled my order, and will never do business there again. The staff is sorta lazy, except a few people. The restaurant is super super filthy and I mean bad!! The pizza is nothing special just fast food pizza. But they always have good deals so if your in a hurry whatever. But I can name at least 3 other pizza places I would rather eat just in muscatine alone. I was told people smoke weed in the back cooler and blow it out of the fans ventilation system, not cool! I don't know how some people rate 5/5 there ratings must be lax! Have higher expectations for places people you deserve it! read more

Today when we were there we had the buffet it was cold and nasty. The pizza looked like it was from the day before and just reheated in the microwave. We were there for about an hour and no fresh food had been brought out. The waitress acted like we were wasting her time. We could see her just sitting in the back not doing anything. She came by once to see if we need refills and then didn't refill my husbands drink. And on top of that there was a pretty big big on the table. It was pretty disgusting. I definitely recommend Pizza Hut to anyone. read more
