Ordered a large amount of pizza with no call ahead. They had the pizza ready when I arrived. Workers were all friendly and helpful.

This restaurant is one of the worst pizza places I've ever been to. The interior is ridiculously cold in decoration, there were boxes and utensils spread across the dining room as if it were the prep area. The staff are some of the most unprofessional looking/acting staff I've ever seen. No uniforms, a man with his entire face covered in tattoos distracting the cashiers, and a BOH that is riddled with boxes, dirty floors, etc. The pizza was what you would expect from an operation that can't keep its FOH presentable. Undercooked, cold, poor distribution of ingredients, and one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. This place is lacking competent management. And it shows in every part of their operation. read more

Absolutely ridiculous, took over 3 hours after ordering on the app beforehand. And when we got our pizza, it was burnt. Horrible customer service, no explanation on how long they were taking. I also only ordered 2 large pizzas and a liter of Dr Pepper. Go to dominoes instead, it's not worth the wait here. If I could, I'd put zero stars. read more

I work out of town a lot. While passing through Monahans I was really tired so I ordered delivery to the hotel room. Now I have ate at Pizza Hut forever and this location is great. Worst ever. While on a business trip ordered and never received delivery. Called 3x to be told it was delivered, it was on its way, it was with the driver. Called again after 1.5 hours and was called a few choice names and listened to them talk about burning our food, apparently thinking the phone was "on hold" when it wasn't. When I explained I heard the conversation, another lady got on the phone and explained they called the GM but they were too busy to call me or come to the store. Food never delivered, which I would've been terrified to consume at that point and no refund on a $40+ order. This was a weeknight, not a busy weekend. read more

Again, camping; needed to see civilization for a second. I don't really care for Pizza Hut in general, though, there really aren't that many places to eat at in Monahans. They seemed pretty busy around dinner time. Not many people inside; looked like mostly deliveries. The place was kind of a wreck with, like... stuff... everywhere. Like, boxes and supplies all around the inside of the store? I guess they don't care about the few people that come in. Got a pizza and a salad: pretty standard fair for Pizza Hut. Our pizza is usually "extra" crispy; we get thin crust. We ordered bone in wings this last time, and I guess every PH is different. These bone in wings were breaded... and soggy. Their ranch is good though. ‍ Also, I have never been greeted when I walk in-- a huge pet peeve of mine. read more

I called and ordered pizza for pick up from Pizza Hut (since Dominos was a 2hour wait for delivery), we were told it would be a 30 minute wait. After 30 minutes we decided to head down to pick up our pizza since we never got a call that it was ready. We arrive at Pizza Hut to find out our order wasn't in the system anywhere, and they could find anything for the registered phone number we used. We had to wait another 30 minutes for our new order. If I could give a negative star I would. This Pizza Hut is a complete joke. Delivery or carry out? They will NOT deliver the correct order. Absolutely refuse to bring you what you ordered. Ok, can't mess up a carry out right? Oh yes they can! You arrive at the the time they tell you. Go ahead and add 25 minutes. You've waited for oh let's say 45 minutes all to get to the counter an they tell you "oh I'm sorry, we don't have what you ordered." Literally, never have anything stocked in that store. So they give you what they have an just hurl it in a box. It's a mystery what you'll get! They continue to amaze me. So in conclusion, they will not deliver the correct order. An if you decide to pick it up from the store, they're probably not going to have what you ordered in stock. So they'll just toss something in a box an say sorry bout your bad luck.
