Regarding this, they are dangerously close to being as bad as McDonald's, which is also in Maryville, MO. I ordered a delivery order from this place via Doordash, and it took a long time for this place to prepare the order, even after my dasher arrived at the place to pick up my order after dealing with a lot of traffic. The order should have been ready for him to pick up and deliver to my place by the time he finally arrived at the KFC. And, adding insult to injury, the Doordash app on my end changed the delivery time from "On Time" to "Updated Time", and it was on "Updated Time" the rest of the time while the dasher was heading to my place, indicating that chances are, he probably got a contract violation for being late, and if that is actually true, then he got the contract violation for something out of his control. I am actually a Doordash dasher myself, and I know how unfair it is when you get a contract violation for being late delivering an order due to something completely out of your control. As for my order, I ordered a Chicken Combo with two sides, a biscuit and a drink, and the breading of the chicken was a little soggy, and the biscuit and one of my sides looked like the employees just carelessly threw them into the box along with the chicken, kinda like how my former coworkers at Walmart in Maryville, MO would carelessly throw the boxes of freight around like if they were playing basketball. Bottom line, the employees at this KFC really need to start taking their jobs seriously and start practicing good work ethic if they are expecting me to order anything from them again. At least green beans are still a menu option on their Doordash menu as one of their sides, despite it not being a menu option on most of their other menus (dine-in and take-out). And the ambiance was good too when I used to stop by in the past, but those are basically the only good things about this place. Everything else about this place sucks.

I went back Friday night (against my own rules as to not visit a new establishment on a weekend the 1st month). Service again was great. It "Was Not" seat yourself, to which I believe added to the smooth flow. Food was continually brought out fresh & kept hot! I saw no temperature control issues at all! All of the food is delicious & flavorful! Pizza's if you dont see something you desire, you can order special. You can have your crust Thin or thick, they will do it your way. I really really liked the Steak & Onion Pizza, Tomato & Basil, the Fried Chicken (juicy, not greasy) & Cranberry Salad!!! ohhh how can anyone forget to mention the dessert pizzas!! Nom Nom Nom! I start my buffet with a predominately Spinach based salad. There is a variety of toppings as well as dressings. Next is the spaghetti & mac & cheese. Both are very good & the little ones really enjoy it. The cheese bread is awesome & the pizza's are usually out in about 6-8 different varieties. It is simple, but good.
