If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Absolutely awful experience. We came for the buffet and stayed nearly two hours, but left hungry and frustrated. When we arrived, every table was covered in dirty dishes. Instead of cleaning them, staff just moved the dirty plates from one table to another when new groups came in. Not a single table was properly wiped down the entire time we were there. The buffet was completely lacking. Each tray had one old, dried-out slice left. We asked the server when more food would be brought out -- she said "soon," but nothing ever came. In nearly two hours, they only put out one pizza and half an order of breadsticks, which were grabbed immediately by others also waiting. All we got was a plate of wilted salad and four breadsticks to share. That's it. The marinara sauce was cold and pre-packaged, despite a warming tray being present -- they just never refilled it. It felt like no one was actually monitoring the buffet at all. When we tried to leave, we had to track down a server to get the bill -- she tried to charge us nearly $40 for food we didn't get. When we said that wasn't fair, she got rude, insisting there was food available (even though five other groups also asked when food would arrive). And oddly enough, they have a sign asking people to leave a review. Honestly, we're not sure why -- the restaurant was unclean, unstaffed, and poorly managed. Would not return. We have visited this location several times and my wife and I finally had enough with them. We love their wings! For the past few years we have always done Pizza Hut's wing night on Wednesday's, few years in Medicine Hat and now here since we moved. Multiple times we would ask for honey garlic wings or buffalo burnin' hot and we would get home and there was barely any sauce on these wings. Like we are talking plain wings for the most part. I don't know about you guys but if I order a flavour of wings... I want to get that flavour of wings! I want to have my whole wing covered, doesn't have to be dripping... if it is dripping that is fine, but dry wings are the worse if you ordered a wet flavour. So we started asking for extra sauce and they began charging an extra $1 for each dish! I was not a fan of that so I asked to speak with the manager or supervisor and I ended up talking to a young girl, who honestly didn't seem to care that much. I told her, if I order honey garlic wings, I want honey garlic wings... not bare dry wings. She didn't really have anything to say that pleased me, so we stopped going there for a few months. We recently gave them another try, but this time we ate in, instead of ordering out. Our servers name was Dax and he was seriously a splendour to have, very nice and very attentive to us. We ordered our normal wings and I shared with him that I'd like extra sauce on them and he kindly obliged. 10 minutes later I was served the best wings I have had from Pizza Hut in the past year. I'm not impressed with the way things are being run here ,it was so dark inside , the carpet was dirty , we just had buffet and the pizza was constantly empty , the Noodle Salad wasn't any good, had incredibly soggy red bell peppers ,clearly don't have a real recipe for this salad and the lettuce was wilted and Croutons rock hard , service was slow aswell we had already almost finished eating before our drinks arrived and it wasn't even busy! It was insanely overpriced for the terrible food quality/service/dirty environment! If there was an option of rating 0 stars I would choose that but since I can't do that I'm giving it 1 ,just know that I mean 0 stars! read more

To make this experience brief...my grandma mom and myself had issue with PizzaHut app wasn't allowing us to checkout and place the order online for 30 minutes or more so we went into pizzahut on Mayor Magrath showed them the app not working it wouldn't allow us to place order and the lady manager refused to place the order still even after showing her, she said you can only place the $10 Pizza of the day order online"! no joke she outright wouldn't help told me to go home and try app on my computer then come back lol ya thats what I'm going to do is drive all the way home just to do that....then when i voiced my opinion about her crappy service with this issue she wouldn't serve us at all told us to leave. Kicked my mom and grandma and myself out! We went to another pizzahut questioning if we should even get pizza after that and within 3 minutes of showing our issue with the app they resolved issue sending email to corporate and fulfilling our order...Thank you Josh at the other store north Lethbridge Lets be clear the 1358 Mayor Magrath Drive South Lethbridge pizzahut store manager refused to give us HER name, refused to help us today, refused our business, She kicked us out of the store, we feel she didn't care and we feel she thinks she is bigger than the franchise that her job is solid would never be in question! Pizza Hut in Lethbridge has gone down hill. I've ordered the cheese lovers pizza and 2 slices actually had no cheese at all. I phoned in to see if there was a mix up on my order. There wasn't a mix up but they sent me a replacement pizza that only had cheese missing from 1 slice this time. I am assuming cheese costs to much to put on my pizza. read more

Only giving this one star because I can't give zero. Ordered pizza and wings and 6 of 7 of us had severe stomach problems and I had to go to the ER. Only person not sick didn't eat the wings. $5, $5, $5 and 5 hours in the emergency. Too many decent places to order from to take my chances here again. read more
