On Friday evening we ordered food from here. Food arrived stone cold, the hot honey sauce had leaked over all items which is a severe dietary issue for one of those who was supposed to eating but were left unable to eat. Items on the order changed by Pizza Hut themselves before delivery, the driver stated that we were not the 1st people that evening that had their items changed by the "restaurant" . Totally disgusted with the quality of the food, it had to go straight in the bin and all was offered is less than 1/4 of the price refunded. I would avoid this place at all cost, its gone down hill recently especially when it comes to take away/delivery. No regard what so ever for the issues raised when contacted, "speak to the delivery service" was all the response that we got. Just not good enough in any way shape or form. Come on. Leicester is home to some of the greatest curries in the country and some pretty fine bistros, Chinese restaurants and tapas bars. So surely it's a crime that Pizza Hut comes up third top (before writing this review) on Leicester's eateries. Sure, Pizza Hut is OK (especially for families), but it's at the poor end of the pizza quality spectrum, below even ASK and Pizza Express. Yes, the prices are sky high, with starters costing up to £24 and mains heading towards the £40 mark but you truly get what you pay for - traditional dishes served with imaginative twists, immaculate presentation and top class service. BUT pizza taste nice! read more

Pizza Hut's pizzas are not the healthiest so I try to chomp as much salad as possible. This is a clean and tidy branch. The lunchtime buffet offer is brilliant and good value. Otherwise the pizzas are on on the pricey side if bought outside of the buffet prices. read more

I am a big fan of pizza hut, they have a wide range of foods , and yummy starters and desserts. I love their cookie dough which is truly scrumptious. I have to say the restaurant is always clean and friendly. the staff are great and the food is perfect, nearly always. The pastas are also delicious and well worth trying. Love it! read more

This Pizza Hut located on Melton Road is a collection only place to order food. Location wise it is ideal as it runs accross the busy Melton Road. Ive ordered a few times and the pizza is always good whether you collect it or get it delivered. They have some really good offers on and always add some new toppings for you if you ask nicely. read more
