I asked the man "hello I placed an delivery order online for Dominos, I was wondering did you get my Dominos order." The man said "ok hold on." Then the man put me on hold. I noticed he had me on hold for 8 minutes and he never got back on the phone which is unprofessional. I hanged up the phone and I called the Dominos restaurant back few minutes later and the same man answered the phone and I asked him "hello can you cancel my order please?" The man said "yes I will cancel your order now." Then he hanged up the phone. I realize you never know when the manager or supervisor will be there. They are so unprofessional that you never know when some of people will do their job. The man who answered never told me his name and job title.
