My order was 10 minutes late from estimated time that was given to me for my online order. Pizza toppings are very scarce and I paid an extra &1.75 for pineapple which was not on my pizza. Wanting to try something different, this is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut online for delivery and I am not at all impressed. The food here is very hit or miss. Sometimes it is great, other times it is simply terrible. This extends to their pizza, wings, and sides (such as garlic sticks). The pizza here isn't fresh either. It arrives frozen and then it is heated up in their oven, and a lot of the time, it tastes like a frozen pizza. The delivery times can be ridiculous. I live maybe ten minutes away and it took them an hour and a half to deliver my then somewhat cold food. This wasn't a one time thing either. Would recommend going to a different Pizza Hut restaurant. The Kipling place is abysmal. read more

Check the deals on th website and place the order to this location, can't get the deals - they said that the deals change daily basis. Later on he said, okay you can but 1 topping only for the next $5 dollars. Chicken wings deals 9.99 he said no, but we offer 8, 14, 22. I said okay, but can you make sure a reasonable wing size not tiny . He said it's the company. They should follow a standard procedures in terms of their products, very upsetting and the delivery time over 1hour. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Watch out when you attend this location, you may end up with damage to your vehicle - caused by their very own delivery drivers!! In June 2019 my wife (pregnant 8 months) and I popped in to pick up an order on the way home. While she waited in the car, I headed inside to pick up the food. As I returned to the car, she was in a heated dispute with one of Pizza Hut's drivers who had backed into our vehicle and then attempted to drive away because he thought nobody noticed. Only when he saw my wife taking pictures of him driving away did he bother to come back. Even with video cameras focused on our location he initially refused to take ownership for causing the accident. He refused to settle in any way, stating he was an engineer, the damage was minimal and that he could fix it for us himself, which was absurd. He refused to provide his insurance after multiple requests, so we proceeded to contact the police. As it's non-emergency, we all had to waste 2 hours of our night until the driver finally agreed and provided us his insurance. We then had to spend another 2 hours of our night dealing with the collision centre. Throughout the ordeal, I entered the restaurant multiple times requesting someone's support in addressing the situation with their employee. There was no manager on site. There was no sense of urgency in addressing what was a serious incident/damage caused by one of their employees. Not one person came out to check on us or to show any level of concern about my wife. We were merely offered a fresh chicken caesar salad by the driver as he pointed out the one we had picked up was probably cold. We declined. The damage to our vehicle cost nearly $1000 to repair and is now reflected on our insurance record. I called their head office to report the event and have never received a call back. Sad. I have enjoyed Pizza Hut for years, but this will forever leave a sour taste and we just don't see how we can go back. I realize this review is about a unique situation, but it does reflect on the poor level of customer service and lack of professional management others will experience at this particular location of Pizza Hut. The restaurant is clean and the food is exactly what you would expect from this famous brand. However, the landscaping around the place is overgrown and the parking lot is treacherous and full of pot holes. They seem to think delicious food can offset everything else in the experience, which is to their detriment. Curb appeal matters. Customer safety matters. There are plenty of other fantastic pizza places in the Rexdale area, I encourage fellow reviewers to check them out and avoid this place. read more

Pizza was not cooked properly, the crust was moist and doughy, returned and the second pizza was the same, the crust was not even browned on top. The manager told me the pizza would either be doughy or burnt. This was not the first time i received a doughy under cooked pizza from them. I had the All You Can Eat Buffet, and barely had anything to eat. There was little variety and there was no soap in the women's bathroom. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. The service was very good and the server was attentive, but I did not enjoy my meal at all. Plus, I kept wondering how the female staff washed their hands the entire time I was there. read more

Worse place ever to order, I order at 6:35 and it's now 10:15, still no order. When I called they put me back on hold if speaker phone didn't exist not sure I would have wasted an hour of battery time AND they still didn't get back to me so I hung up and ordered from BP.
