We ordered a pizza for 6:15 and when 6:30 came around, we called inquiring about our late order. The 780-310-1010 is not the right number. We stayed on the line with that number for 45 minutes before giving up and calling the hotline. The hotline provided was the hotline to the US and we waited 20 minutes to talk to a rep just to tell us to call the Canadian hot line. The Canadian hotline gave us the real number to the store. We got ahold of the local store and they rudely told us that they had phoned us but we didn't answer. They told us they would be right back with the pizza and that "it was not a problem". Finally, at 7:45, we got the pizza from a rude delivery driver (and had to pay for it). The pizza was cold, undercooked, cut unevenly so that some pieces were a quater of the size of the big pieces AND we found a long black curly hair in it (as you can see in the photo). read more

Fast delivery on Christmas Day, but... The food was gross, I ordered a chicken Ceasar salad that came with no dressing and all the lettuce was brown. My husband ordered pasta and it looked like it was just thrown together. Only decent part about it was the big cookie. Driver also only had $20s so we either had to underpay him, or give him a $9 tip on a $30 purchase. Overall, highly disappointed. Won't be ordering again. read more

When we are feeling like pizza, we're ordering from the 75 Street Pizza Hut. I personally dislike their online ordering system so we always call in our order. We always find that the orders are delivered very fast and that the delivery drivers are very friendly. Life's too short for bad pizza so we most often get our favourite, which means stuffed crusts on both a meat lovers plus a Hawaiian with extra feta and pineapple only on one half (I cannot be convinced that pineapple belongs on a pizza). And seriously, if you haven't tried feta on pizza before, I definitely recommend it. When we ordered last week though, our Hawaiian pizza was all wrong - cheddar instead of feta and pan crust instead of stuffed. So I called the restaurant, they apologized for the mistake and they asked if I would like a credit on our account or if I would like the pizza to be remade and delivered. We went with the latter option and the correct pizza quickly showed up. We appreciate the fact that they quickly made up for their mistake and they rectified it very fast. We weren't made to feel like we were inconveniencing them and instead, this experience only furthered our appreciation for this Pizza Hut and we will happily continue to order from this location. read more

Ordered a Hawaiian and a Chicken Caesar. The Hawaiian was OK. The Chicken Caesar came without the bacon (making the pizza just a little bit of cheese, sparsely populated dry bits of chicken and a little bit of alfredo sauce). Tasted like it should have cost $10 instead of $22. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. read more

This poor rating isn't to do with the pizza itself which is really good - it's about your delivery service - actually it's about your card readers for payment. This has happened to me twice now and I'm really getting discouraged from ordering from you again. The delivery fellow hands me the reader and when I try to press "No Tip" or "Tip Am't" it won't let me. I tried several times and finally the delivery guy takes it out of my hand and and presses "Tip%" and Ok - thus taking away my choice of whether I choose to tip or not or what amount I choose. The same delivery guy has done this to me twice now. I should be able to make my own choices and have the reader in good order so it actually works because neither time did those functions work! My other peeve has to do with the $1.00 debit fee - seriously in this day and age having to pay a $1.00 just to pay by debit which is like cash and widely used without fees elsewhere. I feel you are nickle and diming me. I expect to pay a delivery charge for as for the tip - that's my choice and debit fee - absolutely not! I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again though it was my favourite pizza for many years but today will be the last time as I am not prepared to have the delivery person take away my choices and being nickle and dimed for using a debit card to pay for my order. read more
