Worst Pizza Hut ever. I never write a review so heed the remarks as being pushed over the limit. First off, I was staying at a hotel so I didn't like the fact I had to get up and go get it since they don't deliver, even though I can see them from my hotel window??? Second off, I tried to apply a $5.99 pickup coupon online, nope can't do it because "this coupon is not honored at this store" so where I would pay $10 or less elsewhere I paid substantially more here. Finally with a 2 liter coke the total was $18.40. I asked the employee who asked his manager if this coupon can be applied at the store and nope, no kind of resolution. Finally to add to the pain, I asked them for some cheese and peppers and the guy at the counter points at a hand written sign that says $.69 for each condiment!! OMG!!! If they weren't the only pizza restaurant I would have walked out and told them to keep their overpriced pizza! For the local residence I feel sorry for you, in bigger metro areas I would have got this pizza for less than $10, free cheese and peppers, and delivered to me with courtesy. Think about it folks the least they could have done was given me at least one cheese and pepper condiment for my inconvenience but not even that! Business courtesy goes a long way, I guess they don't understand this. I'd rather starve than ever order from here again!!! Proceed with caution! read more
